The rooms are good but the lighting is kinda bad, for our room the view and designs were great and could say the same about the location. However im not sure if this is a temporary issue as it is quite a busy time for toronto due to the fifa games but unfortunately they were extremely short staffed. The house keeping services (especially cleaning) were also not great and there were no slippers which is crazy for a hotel of this level! Other than that, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast (buffet for us) was INCREDIBLE! lovely selection and sooo much variety! I had 4 breakfasts here and every single one was different vause i got to try something new everyday! And dont get me started on the azure restaurant! I got the power bowl with tofu for dinner and it was MAGNIFICENTTT definitely recommend! My familys food was great and gorgeous aswell. We got a cheesecake plate once and it was a bit too gourmet style buttt other than that honestly i think the food and the fun little offers they have that i didnt have the chance to try due to being alcohol free (and missing the tea party day) is excellent and worth giving a try. Also didnt have the chance to try out the spa and facial services but family tried the pool and enjoyed it. That was everything that caught my eye, hope this was helpful!

First time in Toronto for a birthday trip, excellent choice choosing Intercontinental. Staff were VERY professional, kind and friendly which made us as tourists, have a very smooth trip. They recommended some amazing food options nearby (as the restaurant attached service was no where near our expectations). We were out exploring the city and came back to our room surprised with some amazing birthday desserts which made our night!! Hotel room even included some beauty supplies which was extremely useful. Definitely recommend this place and will be returning!

The Intercontinental is my go-to hotel in Toronto. The service upon check in to check out is top notch. David is one of the best people you can have to take care of you at check-in; he gives you many tips, ideas for experiences, and even shares his own experiences (you can't get better). Even more important- when you come back, he greets you with the same welcoming smile. I truly appreciate him (cheers!). Onto the rooms: absolutely fabulous: they are clean, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, there is space to work if you have to (with hi-speed wifi), and chairs for relaxation. Also, the windows are floor to ceiling and views tend to be nice because of the location (near everything). Additionally, the hotel has Club offerings, gym, spa, restaurant, and room service - while I haven't used these services when I have the time in future visits, I will. I highly recommend considering (and booking) the Intercontinental.

Wonderful hotel. Perfect location for most everything we wanted to do on our trip. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a good size. We did pay to upgrade to the water view on an upper floor (pictures attached). The front desk person checking us in, David, was one the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve come across in my travels. He gave us great pointers and recommendations. William, the bartender at Azure, was incredibly personable and kind. He took the time to get a sense of exactly what I was looking for and delivered.

Hotel is very well situated in the center of Toronto, just next to the CN TOWER. Many restaurants and cafés around where you could have breakfast or lunch. Restaurant in the hotel is very good though and room service incredible. All employees are very nice and have the sense of hospitality. 2 Bed room was huge, more like an appartement and very clean. Only the windows could have been cleaner to enjoy the view but that's OK. Shower is very nice and bathroom has been renovated recently. Valet Parking is expensive but service is good. Only negative point for me was the mattress but that's a very personal opinion (too hard for me, did not sleep well). Did not use the spa. Would come back.
