Breakfast was OK, but two things that I didn't like too much, I ordered room service one evening, just a toasted ham and cheese sandwich with fries, I ordered it at 7:20 in the evening on the QR code that they want you to use, and I didn't get it till 8:40, I called after nearly 1 hour and they had obviously forgotten it, and when it came it was pretty damn cold, the other thing that you should look into is that the king bed in my room is on wheels and the floor is a vinyl wood floor, but there are no breaks on the bed wheels, so if you lay in bed and put pillows behind you to sit up, the bed falls away from the wall and you can fall off the back of the bed, there needs to be brakes on thewheelsofthebed, that doesn't take much thinking

Staff were so helpful and professional, we had an excellent stay. The area around the hotel is walking distance from multiple great options for drinking and eating. We highly recommend!

Good property

NH Ciudad is a contemporary hotel with all you'd expect from a chain (in a good way). Breakfasts provided a variety of food (many breads, several different sweet and savory pastries, numerous juices, and scrambled eggs as well as yogurt and cereals). The room was a suite with two beds. It would have been perfect if there was a mirror in the bathroom, and if the thermostat actually worked, but otherwise, we were happy and slept very well every night!

Jacuzzi was a selling point online, yet it was out of service without any plants to repair it. My kids were very disappointed.The toilets often backed up despite normal use (even though we didn't even put TP in the toilet). The transportation offered by the hotels contractor to the airport was at one price on the website but they charged a much higher price. From the perspective of a woman, the location was also in a bit of a less desirable area.

It was nice clean, and spacious. The breakfast was nice. The beds were comfortable. The shower head was weird and water sprayed outside tub. Would rather have just a walk in shower and one that does spray water all over. Only a 1/4 size glass shower wall.

The room was huge, as a family we were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and staff accomodating. Location is fine.

Overall is good. But wished they had a bell desk and other amenities.

1st time in Santiago and from 1st check-in to final departure we were treated with excellent service and were made to feel very welcome. The gentleman who checked us in was very efficient and personable.

Perfect for my needs

Renovated but poor quality. Looks good from far but far from good. Hook for towel in shower barely holding. Shower head broken off, had to use rain shower- no choice. Wifi only in “living room” but sofa is bottomed out. May be a pull out bed but was very old. Didn’t sit on it. No work desk space for laptop. Overall all I needed was a clean bed to sleep and that was great.

Excellent facility. Really liked the healthy and hot breakfast options including Fredh cut fruit and juices unlike what you find in US, unhealthy and frozen options. Very clean and friendly staff. My next stay I would prefer the same place
