Conveniently located

Decent. Quick check in, it says non smoking but the lobby smelled like stale cigarettes. The room did not smell. A/C worked great. There was a cute little balcony to sit outside and enjoy. Overall it does look a little run down. We ate at the Blue Aguave attached to the hotel it was pretty good.

Staff was excellent. Bathtub seemed slanted away from drain

Property is a great little find in Ventura. Close to the fairgrounds for the Spencer Mackenzie throwdown. Wonderful restaurants very close too.

Very sweet hotel

Fans in restroom are extremely noisy. Outside patio area is big but has no table for the two chairs. Staff in AM & PM was excellent. Bring the Wine Happy Hour back!

Staff was great and place was up to standards for a quick stay

Place was close to many shops , restraunts and the beach. Being close the the Amtrak was a bonus

The property is beautiful. A bit old and needs attention. Mattress was awful , smelly and old. Black mold in the shower that was painted over. The front desk staff not friendly, housekeepers aren’t friendly either. (At least not this week (8/4th) the breakfast isn’t really breakfast so don’t expect anything fancy at all. It is a lovely hacienda style and if that stuff doesn’t bother you than don’t worry.

In downtown. Close to many good restaurants. Guests can enjoy daily downtown celebrations in the evenings.

Fantastic location just a block from Ventura's wonderful Main Street. Shopping, restaurants, thrift shops and more. There was a Saturday morning Farmer's Market on Main St. with outstanding fresh fruit, vegetables and more. They even had a separate "food court" set up with pre-prepared food and drink.
