Excellent location just outside of the ZTL so easily accessible by car. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Great location with easy walk in to the old town and Arena. The entrance was quite grand and we were welcomed by a very friendly night porter who gave us an excellent recommendation for restaurant. The room was basic, but it was what we expected. I would stay here again.

The staff helped us secure the car in the nearby garage which we had to reserve in advance. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very adequate. Cappuccinos were delicious. Great location. Easy to get around.

A good range of options for a continental breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bedroom clean and great shower. Linen crisp and a high thread count so very luxurious. Hotel very central to the old town but a bit difficult to find due to building works closing off some section of road.

Pleasant stay, only issue was mattress was too hard, but a second topper was added to the bed.

Great location within easy walking distance of shops, attractions, bars, restaurants and the station. Room was quiet and clean and whilst quite small was all we needed for our trip. Staff were helpful when we needed them. Breakfast was everything we needed. I would stay here again

Really good location for a short city break. Only stayed one night and didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on food in the hotel but no complaints on our stay. Room was clean and big enough for the 2 of us. Short walk to the arena.
