Great hotel. Central location in Puerto Banus. About a 5 minute walk to the port. Nightlife scene is also within walking distance. Good buffet selection. Very clean accommodations and friendly staff.

Great property, well maintained and staff extremely helpful, good quality breakfast and choice would stay again. Very good location for shopping especially the spectacular El Corte Inglais one block down

What a nice surprise! Handyman went out of his way to help fix our luggage, whose wheel fell off.

Ideal location 5min walk to marina and 5min walk to our favourite restaurant

We had a very comfortable relaxing stay in this Hotel. Room was very comfortable with tea & coffee making facilities, fridge, sofa, table & 2 chairs in the room. Balcony with another table & 2 chairs. Bathroom had a walkinshower, shower was powerful & water lovely & hot at all times. Toiletries provided. Breakfast was buffet style, plenty of fresh fruit. Plenty of variety between hot & cold food. Staff kept the tables cleared and cleaned swiftly & efficiently keeping up with the constant flow of guests Dinner was in their Italian restaurant onsite. This was alacarte & table service. Again plenty of variety & choices. Staff were very friendly & helpful providing a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We must mention an outstanding service provided to us by Clara, Esther & Marc. Thank you all, you made our stay enjoyable & memorable 😊 Esthers recommendation of red wine at dinner was most enjoyable. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Irish guests in room 4311 who checked out today

I went with a couple of friends for a long weekend. I’m It has a perfect position for what we wanted to do within the resort. Excellent restaurants around. Good breakfast. Staff are very helpful.

Good location, frinedly and helpful staff.

We booked via hotel.com the flexibility was so poor even we tried to communicate with both Hotel.com and the hotel. No understanding - it almost seem like the hotel was trying to work against Hotel.com- we only stayed for 1 night but had to pay for 4 nights!! Last time…

The Hotel was lovely, room was large, modern and comfortable, it was very close to a major road so sitting on the balcony wasnt really possible without listening to music through noise cancelling ear pods. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice of food and juices. I would recommend the Hotel just be aware of the road and ask for room away from it!
