No one was at the front desk when we arrived. When we did get our key the hallways smelled strongly like smoke and the room was dirty. Stains/marks in carpet, stains on bedding. It did not feel clean.

The hotel itself was reasonably good, but I made a mistake and set my checkout date one day too early. It was almost impossible to call the front desk, but I finally got through, and the person I spoke to said it was corrected. When my wife got back, she verified that it was all good. It wasn't all good, and the staff's lack of adequate help once the room turned into a pumpkin was very disappointing. We ended up finding a different hotel, which was much better, so now we know we don't need this one again.

Good waffles, bigger pool than some.

The walls are paper thin. The screen doors wouldnt slide. They just fell off. The showrr curtains were broken and falling off.

The front desk was unable to enter my choice rewards account number (for the second stay in a row at this hotel).

Great bar and restaurant. Service and food were terrific.

Owners need to maintain the facility better. Multiple issues, lights not working, bathroom water leaking, bathtub draining slowly so that it backed up.

Front desk people customer service gets worse and worse

Stayed here for one night for a wedding. Was told the day before that I would be able to check in early for $30. When I showed up the next day, kept getting told the room was not ready. Was only able to get in the room an hour earlier. Room was dated, dusty, poor lighting, and just not a place where I would want to be for more than sleeping. At the end of the day, it was a place to rest my head for one night— probably would not book again.

They have a pretty good breakfast. They have a nice pool. Bummed the whirlpool was having maintenance when I was going to use it.The room was alright just needs a little TLC.

The front desk was rude I paid for a premium room and multiple pieces of furniture and appliances were broke the room was filthy. If that was a premium room I’d hate to see what a non premium room looks like

Hotel was average but the hotel staff was amazing. Our first night, we had noisy hotel neighbors however hotel staff was super accommodating and switched our room. The second hotel room shower drain didn't drain at all and hotel staff was able to get the maintenance crew over to fix the shower drain fixed pretty quickly. I'd recommend the hotel if you're looking for an overnight stay.

The hotel was old and run down. The carpet was dirty and worn out. The dead bolt on the door didn’t work and there were 2 sliding doors on the balcony (for safety?!) .

The pool area was very nice. The brick and space absorbed sound so it was possible to have a conversation in the pool area without shouting.

Check in was a pain and staff were not accommodating. No cookies or treats like other Country inn & suites. Property is dated and needs repairs. Pool is great. Breakfast selection was good snd waitress was very attentive and friendly.

When I called before booking I asked about adjoining rooms was told yes they have them so I booked 2 rooms when we checked in again I asked we are in adjoining rooms, was told yes by the guy, when we got up to the rooms they were not adjoining at all, they were by each other, good thing we had adult for other room with the kids

Exceptional. Love the layout. Easy access to pool. Rooms spacious and clean. Pool area big. Clean. Staff friendly and quick to respond to needs. Will stay again ! highly recommend.

Las zonas comunes, por ejemplo pasillos, cafeteria y alberca estan limpios. La limpieza de la habitacion pudo ser mejor ya que algunas superficies estaban un tanto polvosas. El desayuno caliente que incluye huevo revuelto, cafe, fruta cortada y pan dulce es sencillo aunque es muy bueno para iniciar el dia
