Convenient location and great price. The room was clean and check in process was very smooth!

Loved the services

Dogs barked late night and early morning. Cops were out 3 times. Staff was great. This was the worst days end I’ve ever stayed at.

The property is located in a seedy area. There are people hanging around waiting for you to leave your car at which time they attempt to break in.

Staff was exceptional.

Nothing unique

The staff were above average, as well as cleanliness. Issues with the room are functional issues. 1: had to ensure flush handle on toilet fully returned to original position or it wouldn’t stop running, 2: the refrigerator leaked onto the floor and 3: dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed. A guide for tv lineup would be nice and an info sheet on local businesses, I.e., restaurants, laundromats, entertainment, etc would be helpful. I appreciated the pet area and cleanup bags.

It was a nice place for a couple-day stay, near stores and restaurants like Cracker Barrel, etc. I don't remember the front desk lady's name, but she was so nice and helpful when I checked in.

Great place

Requested no room service. I had come back to my room and all of my stuff was touched/moved.

Stay was fine but they were unable to provide me with my billing recipe at the front desk on departure. Said I would need to contact the third party provider to get a copy of it. Can you e-mail a copy of me bill to me for my expense report turn-in?

I didn’t like the room smell, it’s stink

The staff , Karen, Denise and Angel such nice people. Every morning they asked if there was anything we needed if they seen us and were always friendly. The ice machine wasn’t working and they were expecting a new one in a few days but didn’t help us when we needed it. A few suggestions is that regular milk to go with our tea would be nice not just cream and some toast would be a nice option for breakfast

The room smelled real bad and on the morning we were leaving we saw 3 roaches in the room.

There is nothing to dislike about the place and staff . Everyone and the place is great. I been staying there on the weekends for past month or 2 .i really like the hotel

We made a quick stop to sleep, and the experience was good. Only complaint is that the sheets that were on the bed had a foot print that didn’t look like dirt but more like a stain. Should double check the sheets that are being put on beds
