Parking good staff good on receipt but need to have some training in the bar area wfi big let down again needs sorting urgent

All in all very good. Staff very friendly, good food. The walls of our room could do with a paint refresh, bit dirty in places ,but didn't affect our stay. A good stay, conveniently placed for were we needed to get to.

I want my money back the stay was horrific. Children screaming running shouting and parents shouting for hrs till 1/2am all around node and outside the hotel. Had to Stay in premier inn hotel n shirley sleep has ill and shattered. should have been in dorset Woking did send emails

I didn't feel that the hotel lived up to its claim to be one of the leading hotels in Birmingham. That might have been true once, but I got the impression it had fallen on leaner times since then. The decor looked dated and in need of a makeover. The dining room was cold and windowless. Dinner was adequate but unremarkable. Staffing appeared to be minimal, as bar and breakfast staff were hard to locate. Twice we had to call out - fruitlessly - for someone to serve us at an apparently deserted bar. There was an over-reliance on plastic flowers. My overall view is that with the right injection of funding, the hotel could do better. On the plus side, my room was clean and comfortable and parking was ample.

Clean and comfortable rooms with a huge bed. Staff are friendly and approachable.

The hotel was clean but there was a single person on staff, meaning that the poor guy was doing every job from reception to cooking. The rooms are tidy but much more tired than the photos reveal. Decent toiletries and a nice canal walk nearby. Don’t eat there because only toasties on offer that night.

Breakfast was not nice, bathroom had no extraction so steamed up very quickly, couldn’t find any heating in bathroom so it was cold

We got a room last minute as car trouble on way to Devon, couldn’t have been more helpful. 👏👏 lovely room, clean with en suite facilities, staff pleasant and helpful. Nice evening meal and breakfast. Altogether excellent, will certainly come again. 👍👍

Happy with stay food is very good and breakfast spot on every body is keen to help and please you whatever the issue if there is one..
