The hotel itself is close to the convention center which is convenient. It’s got everything you need with a cosy bar and great breakfast buffet. If you have a room that looks out over the courtyard, you may want to reconsider opening the window: the noise from below reverberates up until late in the evening and starts up again when breakfast is laid out from about 5am. In my room there was a trunk that supposedly contains the duvet for the pull out couch bed. Thankfully the duvet on my bed wasn’t as stained as this!

The Staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the area. Location next to the Mall allowed for trips to and from being very convenient. The breakfast in the Hotel was amazing with any and I mean any dietary need were was available. Parking availability unknown. Transportation was available.

Livs up to the high standard I've come t o expect from Scandic in Sweden. I was here in the winter so it didn't bother me but my room didn't have a termostat which might not be great if you are staying here during the warmer months. I did also have to wait for around 15 minutes before I could find any staff at the breakfast buffet. This was on a Sunday and quite early in the morning. That being said, those are minor issues in my eyes and overall I am very satisfied and would come back.

The gym and spa were nice.

I have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions and it is always just perfect for my needs. Will be staying again in a few weeks. Recommended

Majestic feeling especially the lobby and the winter garden, great value.

Very cold in the public areas; lobby, bar and restaurant. Stayed for three nights, no cleaning at all. Catastrophy in the morning hours when hundereds of conference guests were aiming for the top floor sharing just a few elevators with the hotel guests; it took some twenty minutes to reach the hotel room after breakfast.

The hotel was superb with extremely nice staff. The pool area was also great for a family with kids. The only thing was that the bathroom was a bit dirty, and some dirt and an old box of crackers came from under the bath sink when it was emptied. Otherwise great!

Great location easy to get to Stockholm or Arlanda helpful staff nice modern clean rooms. Downside very noisy from trains and AC doesn't work enough to keep you cool.

The staff in the check in was very unfriendly. “ALL rooms become available at 15:00” Definitely not willing to help. The light in the bathroom was broken. There was no shower gel in the shower (the bottle was empty) I would not recommend this hotel unless you need to stay in the área.
