Staff was friendly, check in was easy. The rooms are way outdated. I had two rooms and they were easy opened from the other side which was a little scary. On the plus side it’s located in a good central area.

My room had A/C broken, they reassigned new room but it took about 30 min.

The rooms are very destroyed needs a lot of upgrades. Broken items and very poor conditions. The shower was awful shower head dirty and not working properly. There was food in the elevator floor very dirty.

todo bien, unico detalle es que al llegar, encontré cabellos en la cama, no hay maquinas de hielo cerca pero de ahi en fuera un hotel muy practico
