Great experience close to local attractions, shopping and restaurants

Excelent hotel. Close to many amenities, always clean, staff very courteous. restaurants really good. The experience there is fabulous.

I wouldn't rate this hotel 4 stars. 3 stars at best. Hotel is old and outdated, towels smell like chlorine, would expect a lot more from a Hyatt Regency. Room service food is horrible, so is the buffet at the restaurant. Very low quality in all aspects. Do not recommend.

Use the valet for your luggage unless you want to carry your bags up and down at least four normal flights of stairs on the way to the elevators. The food in the restaurant was rather bland. The breakfast is pricey at 500 pesos per person. Otherwise, the hotel is great, well-located, and staff is helpful. The standard room is a bit cramped.
