Room was recently renovated and staff were also very quick and welcoming. Breakfast, on the other hand, was terrible: choices were extremely limited and were lacking proteins (they only had cold boiled eggs). Everything else was just bagels, bananas, dried oatmeal and yogurt.

At 9:30 a.m., the cleaning crew entered my room without knocking. Although they offered an apology, it’s a standard practice to knock before entering a guest room, especially since checkout isn’t until 12 p.m. It felt quite premature. Amid the commotion, I could hear a small barking dog. It’s worth noting that the hotel is pet-friendly, allowing guests to choose whether they want to stay on the same floor as pets. Personally, I would have preferred not to be on the same floor as animals. Unfortunately, management at the Spark dismissed my concerns, stating that my reservation was made through a third-party booking site and that the full payment for my stay was handled by them directly. Any billing issues or additional charges would need to be addressed with the third-party platform, as the hotel does not have access to those transactions. This lack of action reflects poorly on how the hotel is managed and their overall performance. Some form of refund is in order.

Just overall okay. It was loud in the rooms. There were not many people staying there, but yet the person they checked in before me at 10pm, assigned them to the room right next door to us with an adjoing door. I'm sure for sound we could have been put next to noone on either side of us die to low bookings that night.

Loved it here. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool was too small for the size of the hotel. The breakfast was good and fresh but should offer hot food too.

I didn’t complete my stay at this hotel because once I went to check in I was told there would be a 50 incidental fee which I told the front desk clerk I was not told that when I booked the room and I asked them ti cancel my reservation.

Our room faced a busy street and you could hear cars passing by really loud. The windows and walls did little to muffle the sounds. Also that bathroom door had chips and probably should be replaced. Overall, I expected more from anything with the Hilton name on it.

The room I was in lacked hot water. Had a hair dryer that did not work. And tv that wouldn’t cut off unless you disconnected the power to the unit. Would not recommend this hotel.

The pool was not cleaned. There was scum on the bottom of the pool you could see where people walked. There were leaves on the bottom not just floating. The leaves were in the pool long enough they were not floating but on the bottom of the pool. But there were a lot floating too. We mentioned it at the desk and we were told it had been cleaned the day before. Not true or you need to hire someone else to clean your pool. The rooms were nice. But very disappointed about the pool.
