The view was great. It is currently undergoing badly needed renovations so it’s a bit chaotic. The bed was rather uncomfortable for me and my arthritis. Room was clean and spacious. I’d go back again after renovations are completed.

It’s a Was really good place to stay just some rooms are small and they don’t tell you all rooms are conjoined. Other than that and the fact we got told we’d have to pay an extra $20 for early check in but the people right behind didn’t have to pay to the same early check in. Pretty interesting

Ashley was super nice and welcomed us on our late check in after spending the whole day at the beach. Every was good except our neighbors from room 320. My family and I spent the worse nigh listening to their fights, vulgar laud conversations and non sense screams. It seems like the walls are not sound proof and we couldn’t sleep at all. Our neighbors woke up earlier and started the same story again for which we just wanted to leave the hotel and never come back. Bailee was at the front check when we checked out and she didn’t even ask how was our stay and that made my dissatisfaction even bigger. There were many other properties available in Seaside for a lot less money, we chose this one for their location but felt we stayed in a very cheap motel and the experience was really bad for my little ones.

Where to begin. The room we got looked like it used to be a utility closet. Bed broken, furniture (what was present) looked like it was bought from a yardsale. We had a box fan from the dollar store for air circulation. One night stand. I didnt even have a spot for my purse. Lets just say it was lacking to be nice. While the front counter person was friendly I dont think its wise to leave a newbie alone. Felt bad for her. Will never stay again. May be under renovation but come on.

The doors are situated so that you cant go in or out your door while the people next to you are doing the same. The walls are very thin, or the people next door were very loud. Yelling to friends from the balcony, over and over, letting their door slam, 30sec later, someone showing up knocking, doir opens and slams again. People on the other dide had a dog out on their balcony that barked whenever we went out. I will never stay there again.

The property is under renovation. Staff and workers did everything possible to minimize impact to guests, including limiting renovation working hours, areas, noise, and also including a price reduction, This place is great and I will stay again. Walk out the door one way and your shopping, the other your at the ocean. Premium rooms have ocean views which a spectacular. The promenade walk is great, and the balcony and kitchen are outstanding.

Very comfortable room with great views of the ocean. We had stayed here before when it was the Shilo but trip was way better because of the front desk lady Bailee. She is amazing!! Her and Randy helped us with the room we needed for our handicapped friends and everything worked out well. Thank You again.

I like the hotel. The view is nice. However, there was a bunch of long black hair on the bed upon arrival. Also, couldn’t shower before checking out because there was no hot water.

This hotel is in the middle of a remodel, which it needs. This was a spontaneous single night stay for us, and the price was very low as a result of the age and ongoing remodel. The staff were great. I'm sure when the remodel is done and the rooms are improved, the prices will go up but it will be a much nicer property. It certainly is perfectly situated in the heart of seaside on the prom. I also must remark as someone who travels a lot and always uses hotel pools, the pool at this hotel is immaculately clean. Strikingly clean. I have stayed at Hilton's with dirtier pools. Clearly the maintenance staff at this hotel care that the pool be clean, and I appreciate it!

Room was old, lots of fuzzies on the ceiling fan. Pretty much mediocre.

The Ocean view from the loft was somewhat overtaken by the view of the roof

Amazing stay. They are in the middle of construction which is great. The elevator, wow takes forever!! But room was great, view was amazing, and the staff are absolutely fantastic!!! Can’t wait to come back!

Would not stay there again. Bed was uncomfortable. Room did not look anything like the picture.
