Nice area! Many restaurants, lovely river view, and the aquarium and shopping is just down the street. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle to Cincinnati made getting downtown super easy. We would stay here again!

The housekeeping was not good, the floors were not vacuum and the bed was not done well. I had to take the sheets off and put back in. Other than that bed was comfortable and service desk staff very nice.

Property was overall great… as for the pillows and the bed these need to be updated, at least in the room my wife and I slept in. Bed wasn’t comfortable at all and the pillows need to be replaced. The elevator was very slow and not sure why but it did do the job it was created for. No pool here so make sure you read the hotel’s amenities. We will stay here again because it was not as noisy as other hotels and was pretty quiet actually.

Beautiful hotel. Nice breakfast and very nice staff. Really enjoyed the stay.

The property seems like it is an older one. However, repairs and upgraded may be necessary. Our room had a terrible odor and carpet was filthy, and seem to stay damp. Our linen had stains and burn marks on it.

My stay at Fairfield was great. I enjoyed being there, people at the front desk were very friendly. I loved the view.

Volume on television would not work plus had no extra blanket or pillow to use the pullout sofa bed

Everything there was nice, if i had to think of something bad it would be the parking. Ive never seen parking spaces so narrow, there is no way they are regular size parking spaces. I have a normal size SUV and tried multiple parking spaces & could barely get in. If another car parked even remotely close to the lines then there was zero chance you would make it into that spot.

The fire alarm went off at 1:30 in the morning. Becomes some moron decided to smoke in his room

Need liquid soap instead of bar soap to wash your hands. Pull out bed needs a better mattress

Loved that we could get 2- king sized beds
