Great location. Close to everything you need to do in Lisbon. Breakfast was ok but staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel to stay downtown Lisbon. Staff were great and there are so many choices of restaurants in the immediate area.

We had two rooms on our girls trip. We got to hotel early left our luggage but room was not ready. We went to our room there was a bad smell. Next day we explored and noticed that nasty poop smell. We told front desk who moved us to a handicap room. My friend was taking shower and screw on shower lever was missing. All of a sudden the handicap pole fell on my friends back. We called front desk who moved us again. This time to a suite. The hotel is in a nice location close to airport and train station. The breakfast is excellent and staff are nice.

This is a solid tourist-class hotel that we always use in Lisbon for its super location. The breakfasts are very good, and the front desk does an admirable job in a frenetic environment with hundreds of guests coming and going at all times. The rooms that we occupied this time around were very tired with carpeting that needed replacement, worn furniture, etc. However, the beds were good and the room clean. We're hoping that on our next trip that the current renovations will brighten the place.

This hotel is very nice at the end of a sketchy area. My taxi driver told me not to go north of the front door and to only head south. I need to add that the food was just bad. I am not a foodie, but really, this food was bad. I could not chew my steak in the upstairs restaurant; I was afraid I was going to choke on it. The breakfast was weak, the eggs were reconstituted dried eggs and the bacon, was alleged. I don’t know what it was as it was processed something with a weird taste. I also ate in the bar one night as the taxi driver warned me about going out at night and my bail was super underwhelming with way too much mayo. Yes, mayo, why?

We love this hotel for its location. The breakfast is very good as are the beds. The front desk printed out our boarding passes-- much appreciated.

Fabulous restaurant on top floor. Centrally located for most tourist attractions.

The shower not working 247 room

Good location but hotel could need some updates. Shower water either cold or scalding, tub narrow and slippery, restaurant opens late so had small bites in bar downstairs. Staff friendly and rooftop bar nice just wish there was more shade and not all tables at bar height for elderly patrons.

An all around amazing experience here. Will definitely be back!

Hotel was very central to everything, perfect location. Clean and pleasant hotel and staff were very friendly.

Great experience. Currently undergoing some refurb work but wasn’t apparent and things in place to make as little impact as possible. Loved the room touches - port and pastel de nata… free drink in the bar and a 10% discount on drinks and food in the hotel during our stay

Property is old and definitely need renovation. Food service was poor.

This location was incredible, tram #28 was right outside, everything wss walkable, the view from the rooftop was unbelievable, please stay there
