Great service from reception, bar and breakfast staff. Friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar has great views and very chill. Very clean rooms, bit dated but the hotel is being renovated. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was in a great location, near many of our tours meeting places and the metro. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great.

Location is very good and close to old town. Walking distance to metro, several major plazas, river and upscale shopping street. However, the property needs some renovations.

We stayed here because we knew the location was ideal for downtown Lisbon. The rooftop bar was also a big appeal. The staff in the main part of the hotel were fantastic, the rooftop bar staff were a bit grumpy especially when we started asking for photo's at 11pm :) Maybe they had had a long / tough day! Anyway, it didn't bother us too much. The staff in the main bar/restaurant were awesome and drink service at table-side reminds me of fantastic days gone-by! I missed the fact the Mundial doesn't have a gym and there are major upgrades and renovations ongoing. We were a little disappointed that we couldn't get one of the modified rooms but whilst ours was dated, it was very spacious and comfy with a nice view of Sao Jorge castle. We would stay here again for sure simply because the location is perfect for pretty much everything you want to do in and around Lisbon area. The view of the Castle from the bar is unbeaten!

This location ideal to the site seeing great restaurants the metro every thing a tourist needs for exploring the city Breakfast is great with a beautiful view of Lisbon. The place is dated but this aside it is clean and comfortable

Lovely hotel in easy proximity to shops, old town and eateries. Hotel lounge and restaurants were a bit pricey, but other options available nearby. Staff were quick to respond to our needs and room was very comfortable.

Great central location with outstanding staff! Room were adequate, clean and everything you need. Breakfast was very good. The staff were the best, always available to help!

Nice staff, clean room, great breakfast and free water

We had no idea how much construction was happening at the hotel. Jack hammering concrete 20 feet from our room starting at 730am meant we couldn’t even enjoy our room during the day. There was also a horrible smell coming through the air vents. A positive note - the rooftop patio was nice.

In a good area to explore.

The staff was great!!! The hallways were very hot (no ventilation or AC). The bedroom looked old and our door was dirty inside. No hand towels. The toilet flush button kept sticking every time, leaving the water running until we lifted the top to get it unstuck to allow the tank to fill up.
