Stayed here for a couple of days for work the staff made me feel like I was family enjoyed the stay and will be back

The hotel is nice, and the staff is very friendly. The room was good, and the bed was comfortable.

Checking in was a little confusing because the entrance wasn't as noticeable. Desk people were nice. The room was fine. Didn't use the stove. The grass was a little dangerous for the dogs, some areas had broken glass and rusting metal. There were some ditches as well. The grassy areas in the back towards the other hotel felt safer for walks.

I enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay America Suites. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed slept great. The price was definitely right. The quality of cleanliness was above and beyond. Thank you Extended Stay America Suites, I definitely recommend.

We had a random man trying to enter our hotel room an hour before checkout. He didn’t knock to come in, used a key. Luckily we had the latch locked and he could only open the door just only a few inches but when we said something he slammed the door and ran away. When i told the girl at the front desk about it at checkout, she was rude and had the worst attitude. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Staff is excellent! If you don’t understand their policies and services offered vs. what services are not offered, you will be disappointed with your stay here. Not your typical hotel. It is intended for extended stays. So your room is not cleaned daily. Dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are free. But you have to get them from the office. Staff was great and the location is convenient to everything. Price is about right for what you get. Will stay there again.

Due to the incompitence of staff we were given keys to a room with someone already.in it!!! Our dogs were. attacked by loose 2 Pitbulls

I got ripped off by Extended Stay America and Hotels.Com said there was nothing they could do. When I arrived at the hotel, no one was at the front desk for over thirty minutes. I called the 1-800 number, but Extended Stay still could not locate any human to come to the front desk and check me in. I had to book another hotel because I couldn't get checked in! Extended Stay refused to honor my cancellation request. Hotels.COm LIED to me saying thy would handle it, but they emailed a few days later to say "Too bad, so sad." Now I am filing a dispute to the charge with my credit card. I will NEVER use Extended Stay America or Hotels.Com again.
