They can’t provide change for their laundry facility. Also, the price of the machine were not accurate; more than their sign said. Pool was not clean.

Very clean quite peaceful

Whenever I come to the area I stay at this property. I never had any issues but this stay was different. I could hear the guest above my room making noise and stomping on the floor which woke me up. This noise was going on for hours. I called the front desk to report the nose but the noise continued. Also the guest next to me had a dog and the dog barked all night. Other than that my stay was good. I will be back in the future but hope not to encounter these issues again.

Although our room needed an update, the cleanliness and staff demeanor made up for that!

Was clean and bed was super comfortable. Front staff was friendly and helpful. One of the cleaning ladies was rude and can tell things are outdated, furniture has a lot of wear and tear and could use different lighting

Location and friendliness

Comfortable room. Vanity area is a bit small, but we managed. Beds were the most comfortable we've ever had in a hotel! Slept so well!

Had the worst experience coming to the hotel and Expedia cancelled my reservation what a horrible experience and doesn’t want to refund my money horrible Experian had to pay again and pay doble for the stay out of pocket. Then I call and speak to a live customer service and they hang the phone no respect horrible expirience.
