Overall was a great experience, but no heated swimming pool. But we were able to ask for a free upgrade with a bathtub. Mattress wise, just satisfactory, could be better.

The location is top notch beside perth concert hall. There is a small lane leading to parking underneath concert hall and after 6 pm its free till 6 am. Really enjoy staying there, comfortable room and they have filter water tab on their room (so don't need to buy water). Its great hotel if you are bringing family with small kids as the room size is quite big. I tried the restaurant menu for dinner and their steak, pasta and deserrt are yummie. Really enjoy the dining experience. If I come back certainly will stay there again.

Good location with multiple bus stops near hotel. Room was comfortable and clean, while staff were friendly.
