Front desk was amazing and sooo nice!

It was under construction and the hot tub was broken. The pool was pretty poorly maintained. The room had a really musty smell and not many outlets worked. Basic television and small breakfast selection made it hard to justify the cost. Does have a decent location and right off of the highway.

The place was fine except the name on the sign outside of the hotel did not match the reservation, and at 11 pm it made it hard to find. It was clean, breakfast was good.

Beds comfy, slept well despite the fact that there was no hot water in our room. I let it spray for ten minutes before trying to get in. Water was tepid at best. Otherwise great.

Front desk service was above and beyond

Room was quiet and breakfast was good. Could not get the TV to work in room. Signal was bad and tv froze every 10 seconds and front desk could not help me fix the issue. Water dripping from the ceiling in closet area and no offer to move me to another room.

Folks at front desk were great but had too much to do to focus "just on the customer". In my opinion they were great but the expectations were too much. Checking guests in and out while trying to keep enough food in the breakfast area was not possible. Housekeeping was lacking with no wash cloths or face towels. Had to go to front desk to get them. They were readily available. Maybe that was why? Lid on coffee maker was broken. But it did work. Coffe it made was very good. Towels were great, bed was very comfortable. Room was nice and clean. To management I would say, just a few corrections could have made our stay great instead of just average. We will probably stay here again if passing thru but a second happening like this will cause us to look elsewhere.

Hotel room was not good. Smelled weird , bathroom had mold , carpets were stained, walls showed bad repairs , our room was missing smoke alarm with wires showing and a broken toilet in the lobby. Not a good experience and definetly not worth what we paid for poor quality and overall grossness

Comfortable, quiet room for good value.

Carpet felt damp. Earwig bug in carpet. No remote to turn TV on. When one was brought, no back where batteries were. Noisy all night with something that sounded like a carpet cleaner? A very loud humming of and on. For the place, the price should have been half what it was. Then I would have known not to stay.

Location was great but Hotel needs alot of things fixed and updated.

Hot tub broken, which is THE reason we booked this property. Secondarily, we booked FOR a KING bed. They had a king bed w a bathtub , which would have helped for the non working hot tub at the pool, but they would not give us that room unless we paid $60 more. To a customer service way of thinking, as the property did NOT live up to expectations, you should give the customer the king bed WITH the bathtub to offset the lack of the pool/hot tub, the REASON for which the booked your hotel at no extra charge. They were rude and unaccommodating when they could have been, as the hotel was NOT sold out. We had to change rooms as the 1st was unclean-the room we were given was dirty, dusty and had broken curtains and stains Very unsatisfactory, yet, the manager, who we appealed to twice, did not care to make it right. Do NOT stay here. Use the Quality inn a mile north.

Breakfast was bad. Attemdant did not bring out more food until asked. Ran out of biscuits for gravy

Very old and worn fixtures. Breakfast was terrible. Items were not refreshed at 9:30 Sunday morning. No fruit or bread. Desk chair in room broken. Outlets on light didn’t work. Needs to be gutted and remodeled!

This property was clean, comfy and quiet

The front desk clerk asked if that was all that was wrong with the room, if the pillows could have been placed neatly. I showed him they lack pillowcases so he moved us to a different room. Other than that it was pretty much what we paid for.

No one was friendly. Someone just walked into our room. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Will never stay there again.
