Property could be cleaner, rooms look outdated, pool is out of service

I chose the place for the indoor pool, and it was closed and I was never notified. The MI fridge in my room was not cold could not keep any drinks, and the ice machine was out of order my full stay. The shower rod was broken and the door stopper was broken. Carpet in the room was pretty soaked when we walked in. I was very very unsatisfied

Drove 2 hours from out of town. Booked the room about 3 days in advance and once I arrived and got to the check in desk a guy was working at the desk (dressed like he was going to the club) which made me feel uneasy because where is your uniform? Anywhoo, he told me that it was going to take 20-30 min for me to receive a room because the room wasn’t ready. I was frustrated because I booked in advance which means you should have known I was coming and the way he said it was like he didn’t care that I had to wait. He was not customer service worthy and I didn’t feel any empathy about it. It was not a place as ant experience at all. Room was very outdated. No signage to show the hotel name and the outside looks like it’s a MOTEL not a HOTEL. Probably won’t book there again.

Everything is out of order. This place needs renovation ASAP

My interaction with the hotel was horrible. I booked the room a week in advance. Check in time was 3pm, I arrived at 8 30pm. And i had to wait an hour to get a key to room. The receptionist was searching for rooms. He kept saying let me go see if the room is ready. Once i walked in the room, it was not completely cleaned. The mini refrigerator was nasty. No hand or bath soap. The whole hotel was so hot, uncomfortable smell in the atmosphere. I paid the hotel directly and once asked for a refund, they told me i would have to get the refund from Expedia which didn't make any sense because I didn't pay through Expedia. This whole ordeal told 2 hours of my time.

Their was no cups for the coffee in our room, no pool towels. When we asked for extra towels since there was 4 of us staying and we had only 3 towels the front desk guy said he can't until the morning. The bodywash dispenser was completely empty.

I like the price I like the living room area in my suite they need to unfold the couch and maybe steam clean the couches a little disappointed there and I liked the cleanest whitest bed sheets the people were great I loved the pool best thing cuz it was indoor and clean that signage was a little confusing when I was pulling up they were switching signs I guess did not mention anything on it about the signage being different on the website. No vending the Cokes are way too pricey $3 a can Coke that's a bit much a little more effort into the breakfast in the morning that would be good other than that overall stay was 4 out of five would I stay there again yes. Thanks see you next trip..

Over All I stay again

We had a great stay here.. was good place and the only place i could find with a pool.. Was worth the trip and we had a good stay..

I stayed at Sonesta Essential Energy Quarador for two nights, and it was a frustrating and disappointing experience – especially because I was trying to host my mom who was visiting from out of state. I expected it to be a quiet, comfortable and enjoyable stay but, it quickly turned into a stressful and uncomfortable ordeal. First off, the TV remote didn't work, and when I asked the front desk for batteries, they didn't have any. After some time, they did manage to provide another remote with working batteries, but this was just the beginning. The room was poorly maintained – the lamp shades were visibly dirty, there were roaches in the room. The toilet had an orange ring around the bowl, making it look filthy and uninviting. The towels were small and paper-thin, and the tub held water during showers, draining incredibly slowly. It was impossible to feel comfortable or clean in that environment, and I felt embarrassed to have brought my mom to a place like this. The pool was closed, and when I asked the front desk about it, they shrugged and said they weren't sure when it would reopen. Breakfast was also a disappointment – the options were extremely limited and the quality was poor. Additionally, the staff seemed uninterested in providing any helpful information. The rooms are definitely not soundproof – the traffic the traffic noise was ridiculously loud, making it nearly impossible to rest. I do not recommend, it’s not as shown on website, I canceled the following week.

My son and neice arrived Thursday the 8th. My son paid the deposit but before going in hotel the noticed the screen in the windows were ripped and the mattresses were showing. Once they got into the room, it smelled very musty amd the bathroom was filthy. They left within 10 minutes and my son told the front they could stay there due to the conditions of the room. The deposit was given back. They have to find another hotel and pay another deposit. I have been in contact with client services asking for my money back or at least half and they are telling me no they cant do that. We never stayed there. The place is aweful so stay away. What they have online is nothing like in person. Its a facade.

They gave room facing the highway, no way people can sleep. Requested to change, took 45min back and forth with the clerk (I think she is owner) she said only have 2 beds only. Finally, found a room with 1 bed. She kept telling this room more expensive and might have to pay extra. Turned out, room is nasty, TV with no remote, bathtub/shower issues, water won't drain until 10min after the shower. So disgusting!!
