We checked out the same day we got there. No AC. Smelled like mold. Chips all on the walls. Very outdated and not worth the money we paid. Also… all the extra fees they add on! Just doesn’t make sense.

Fastest checkin ever. Not a bad looking property. That said, there's some things they could spend some money on. Random $25 fee which you can get credit on for drinks? Mandatory valet parking at $44 a day. $75 if you have an oversize vehicle.

Be prepared for $$ resort fee and mandatory $45 valet parking. Add about $100 tot he nightly fee. Other than that it was a great hotel with friendly staff.

First charging $50 to check in before 4pm when rooms are available is ridiculous (it was literally 315) . Never has that happened at any property. Second very noisy from street noise all night long. Third air conditioning set at 65 no way it was less than 75. Maintenance came and said it was reading 57 which there is no way that was true. The final nail in the coffin the smoke alarm starts blaring at 840 am for no reason. Staff doesn’t seem to care about anything with lame response to everything “oh sorry about that”. Def won’t be back

Hotel is fine for a quick trip, overnight stay, but I would not stay here again. Hotel is dated & needs a complete renovation. We got locked out of our room the 2nd day. Had to go to front desk to get our cards re-activated. They never apologized for the inconvenience or gave us a reason why they did not work. Just rescanned the cards & said here you go. The air conditioning in rooms cannot keep up with hot temps outside, even when keeping balcony door & curtains fully closed throughout the day. Could not get the thermostat to get below 70 after running at 68 for over 24hrs. No matter how low we set the air, the thermostat just kept climbing all day. The pool bartender (cant remember name, but started with a J) was very engaging with guests, informing us of pool times & entertainment schedule. There was a good DJ playing when we were there on a Saturday. The pool was pretty crowded during peaks times (1-4pm) when its hot out. Couldnt get a lounge chair unless you claimed before noon. We made do & just dropped our stuff on a nearby couch. Pool is adequate but needs a redo. Pieces chipping off everywhere. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant but they have a breakfast buffet every Saturday & Sunday for $30 per person. Good location on the Riverwalk & within walking distance to restaurants. I recommend eating at American Social & The Sail.

Only 1 Elevator working. Plasticware instead of silverware at restaurant. Horribly slow service at the pool bar, after nearly 10 mins and not even a glance towards us, we were standing at the bar. We decided to leave and go elsewhere

Overall a good place to stay. I would say the pool bar needs improvement. Drinks were mediocre at best. Not a great variety of drinks.

This place is an overpriced dump. Bathtub had dirt marks all over the surface, toilet seat wasn't attached and toilet was installed off balance so one side was higher than the other. Walls are paper thin, so all you hear is the DJ playing club music all day. We arrived at 2:30, which was 1.5 hours earlier than check in and were told that we would have to pay $50 for the privilege of checking in 1.5 hours early. We didn't use the valet, since it was $45 a day, but found a $45 charge plus tax on my credit card statement. I did call and it was refunded, but why it was charged in the first place makes no sense other than they do this to people, hoping they don't check. Also, when I called about the valet charge, I was informed there was a $25 amenities fee that our front desk person, not only said nothing about, but come to find out, we could have used it as a credit in the hotel at the bar or restaurant. That to me was a planned money grab. One night $360 with everything for a dumpy, noisy, dirty hotel. I would never stay here again. Hilton, you should disassociate your company from this one. It should be a Motel 6.

They charge you a non refundable amenities free that if you don't use, they keep. Totally not cool activity.

Room needed updating. Shower went from hot to hotter, no cool or cold water. The balcony was nice but definitely got a lot of noise from the streets in the morning. The bed wasn’t very comfortable but the pillows were nice.

I paid $75 for early check-in. I was given a room that had been used the before. Towels on the floor, unmade bed, food and drinks. I called the front desk and they told me to come down and get another key. I insisted they bring the key to me. My room was very hot and uncomfortable. A/C did not properly work in my room. Extremely disappointed. Had I been staying multiple nights, I would have found a different hotel.

Wanna be exposed to weird stuff growing on mattresses? Wanna have neighbors walk freely into your room space? Want extra charges added to your room that are not disclosed until checkout? Then stay at this atrocity passing itself off as a Hilton (at least at the front desk where they still have the signage). The management at this hotel needs to be fired. Any basic quality checks by management would have revealed the issues before our stay. The room was in horrible condition. The sofa bed was disgusting with black stuff all over the mattress that was obvious when you first opened the sofa bed. The balcony was separated from the next unit by a piece of broken plywood. This plywood was so broken it swung like a door making your balcony unsecure from the neighbor unit and very unsafe. The decent view of the river was even marred by the unclean rooftop over what I assume is their lobby area with all kinda of markings on it that need to be cleaned and painted over. Then there are the surprised charges. Be ready for a surprise $75 when you check out. The onsite manager was also very snotty about these extra charges and honestly had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen from hotel management or anyone working in the hospitality industry. Hilton should be ashamed to have their name on this property. Save yourself the aggravation plus the health and safety risks and do not stay here.
