Room is not ready for check-in when we arrive. AC is only in the living room, not in the bedroom (hot for summer season like now) Old building

The location is very great, but the room so dirty and smelly. The kitchen also not so completed.

The location of this hotel is very strategic. Close to Queen Victoria Market, shopping malls, stations and restaurants. The hotel staff is quite friendly. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. It's just that no slipper is provided.

The service is not recommended and unsatisfying. I had an issue during check in, the customer service was not informative enough. I would say this hotel very not recommended for stay in Melbourne. I left my jacket in the room and they did not contact me or even give it to me back.

Home away from home. Great location. Very clean. Cons: no housekeeping provided. Only total of 24 hours free wifi given for whole stay; gotta logout each time to "save" the allowance.

The location is located in the city center (very close to the St Elizabeth, Queen Victoria Market, Melbourne Central Station). The rooms are clean, complete equipment.
