Terrible service! We arrived at the time of the room entrance , there was no one in the reception due to huge and loud baptism party ongoing in the restaurant. It was next to impossible to hear what we talk in the reception. There was no calm place to wait for the room. Party guests occupied the whole hotel, kids were running around the pool, there were trash swimming in the pool, the music was very loud in the first floor, food smell was terrible in June heatwave. It was like a nightmare. We wanted to stay in the rooms since whole common places were occupied but there were tens of mosquitoes in the room. This place cannot be a four star hotel. Dont ever consider booking!

On arrival we were super disappointed, the reception hall and especially the toilet next to the reception were super run down (the doors of the latter could not even be closed). Our rooms were also anything but a pleasant surprise. They were in the basement and were not modern like in the pictures, but rather moderately redecorated. Afterwards, we went to the pool and our image of the hotel changed completely. It was super nice, quiet and in the middle of the shade of old olive trees. The breakfast was also excellent. Not only did it have a huge selection, but also honey served directly in the honeycomb. What was nowhere to be seen, however, was the menu for the dinner, which is still advertised. Turns out they don't even have a chef anymore, but haven't taken down the Michelin Guide or removed it from the picture selection. All in all, a nice hotel for breakfast and relaxing by the pool, but it had probably seen more glamorous times.

Lovely warm welcome from all staff here. Perfect place for family with kid. Good location in not busy area for people who need to escape from crowd. 5 mins drive from the beach and restaurant . I would definitely come back again.

Enjoyed our stay here alot. The hotel is very quiet and relaxing sitting in the foothills of the mountains. Rooms are clean and spacious and staff are VERY friendly and helpful. Breakfast and lunch was excellent quality and selection. Pool area is perfect and secluded and is exactly what you need when looking for a quiet place to relax.

The rooms are nice and spacious, the pool is lovely and they have a nice restaurant. My favorite thing is how it feels homey and what lovely service is there. However there's only one or two people that speak English so it would be nice if more staff is trained in more than one language. It's walking distance from the beach which was a plus for me. That whole town is definitely a must visit place!
