Parking is terrible, no one helps me to park in or park out. Plus: $38 per night is too much for a parking with less than 8 spots.

Not a lot of parking. But the staff will assist you with parking. It's just a bit of a walk

Elegant hotel near lots of restaurants in Montreal’s museum district

Room was hunid for some reason, also not enough counter space in the washroom

Enjoyed the morning breakfast and found the staff to be both nice and understanding. The charming, albeit initially a little eerie due to its age, atmosphere quickly felt settled and welcoming with positive vibes. While parking information could be clearer prior to booking, the location is excellent for walking. Overall, a great stay and I would absolutely return.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel was close to transit and lots of points of interest.

Having three fire alarms back to back at 1:00, 2:00, and 3:00 AM and being in the cold on the first one with no evacuation plan or guidance from hotel personnel was highly unexpected and disappointing from such a hotel.

Room was stuffy and smelled stale so we kept the windows open to air it out. If it was colder out that would have been tough to do. Breakfast was subpar...we couldn't have eaten it for a third day. Boiled eggs, cold ham, fruit salad had gone bad. No gluten free options and the yogurt was warm so we passed on that. The parking situation was tough. There was no more room for valet when we arrive so thankfully we were able to find underground parking the next block over. Lots of restaurants and museums in the area so so it's in a great central location!

Quiet, clean, lots of dining options, walkable, easy access to subway, continental breakfast good.

Location is great and staff is friendly and fast. However, we got clean towels with other people’s hair on it and new glasses a bit dirty. Breakfast long is not taking care during service having letting the tables dirty in between guests and the trash bin overflow. The room and washroom were small for a king bed (couple) and extremely hot with no option of AC, when it says there’s an AC in the booking description. Also, it had zero soundproof. First night was a nightmare, we heard our active room neighbours opening the washroom tap, flushing, showering, even arguing, throughout the night.

Second visit in 2 years. Staff always friendly and helpful. Facilities have deteriorated. Mini fridge and fireplace non functioning. Rugs both in the hallways and room very dirty and need replacing. We love the location and staff. Regrettibly, this will be our last visit.

Cozy and classic with history.

The rooms are fantastic and the linens were excellent. Our bed was a cloud and a welcome respite after a long day of walking and sight seeing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our only issue was with breakfast. While there is a number of breakfast items to choose from, the coffee was absolutely terrible and there was no variety on a day to day basis. Also, the breakfast attendant wasn’t attentive enough to notice that the juice was running out, or the croissants had run out, or there wasn’t any more coffee.
