Exceptionally friendly and helpful front desk person.

We’ve stayed at The Inn at Gig Harbor several times this summer as we visited a sick family member. It is so convenient and pleasant, I can’t imagine being satisfied staying anywhere else when we come to the area. The rooms are large and comfortable and they are well decorated. The staff is very personable and the Fred breakfast is great! We also love the Airport shuttle that runs every hour and drops you just where you want to be. We used to stay in Tacoma but weren’t nearly as happy. This is now our go-to spot!

Bed frame was broken and mattress was slanted which caused me to slide out of bed twice, one time hitting my face on the nightstand cutting my cheek. I let the staff know via text. They responded 20 hours later saying “we will have maintenance look at it. Thanks for letting us know.” Extremely disappointed with the complete disregard with my experience.

The hotel was conveniently located, the room and facilities were clean and the staff friendly. We would definitely return here.

It was just a quick trip over from Victoria and we always stay here. We really do miss the great, cooked to order breakfasts you had before covid.

beautiful clean and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good Well cooked eggs and sausage. Well worth the price. I would recommend for anyone needing a comfortable rest.

Horrific front office staff at night. Manager just as bad and did not care about our concerns.

Bathroom shower had no warm water l. There was hair in the shower. Had to empty own garbage and go for clean towels

Clean, quiet, convenient location. Would have preferred grab bars in shower. Breakfast was pretty bare bones, though coffee was good!

I really appreciated the staff for allowing early check in and the upgraded room... the person who checked me in was very friendly and and sweet!

I've stayed here several times; as I have a family member who lives nearby. They are always friendly, helpful and professional at the front desk. The hotel is always clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel is very close to food shopping/restaurants.

Nice hotel on the edge of town. Clean and the Airporter shuttle stops here.

It was okay. It was plain and clean and quiet.

It was clean. Staff was nice. However, they only have cleaning services every 3rd day and we were only there for 4 days so never received fresh towels, coffee pods for each day,etc. Only given 1 roll of TP and coffee supplies for one day. A little frustrating. I probably will look elsewhere next time in Gig Harbor. I don’t want to have to chase this stuff down.
