Second time here. Was a great stay and comfy bed. Though we didn’t sleep well, our AC unit was LOUD and the breakfast was really disappointing. But it was a clean place to stay and bed was comfy and staff was friendly.

Rooms design is terrible, the bathroom was so small couldn’t even fit, the door didn’t even close unless you lift the toilet seat up. This was brought up to the attention of staff, who checked and mentioned that this is standard. Have been to multiple Hyatt hotels but this seemed the worse as far as rooms are concerned. Morning breakfast was good though and staff was helpful there. Location of the hotel not great as well, had intoxicated people wandering in parking lot. Overall would not stay in this hotel again.

overall, very nice other than the fact that the room was pretty dirty and dusty baseboards, ledges need done - cobwebs stuff under beds. Needs a good deep clean otherwise very nice day.

Told me they take cash when I get there they tell me they don't take cash till the end so had to run around to find a place to deposit money . Then they told me one price on phone then once I got there it raised by 50 dollars the bed was very uncomfortable.

No towels at pool or in room. No apoligies from staff, just them telling us to come down to get towels from front desk. Not super clean. Could hear everything through walls and ceiling and from the hallway.

The hotel was ok, it looked a little out dated and needed some updating.

We came in for the George Strait concert. The staff members were friendly and efficient. The room was dirty. Especially the bathroom. Cobwebs and dust in the corners. The shower wasn’t clean. The carpet was dirty and there was a tear in the bed sheet. The hire sprinkler was missing the trim exposing the space above the ceiling. One of the worst hotels we have ever been to.

We had two rooms and had a big group with us. The staff throughout our stay were all very friendly. Check in was easy. Our rooms were very clean and they always restocked what we needed. The A/C was not working in one of our rooms, we cleaned our own air filters because it was pretty full of dust and after that it worked better. The pool was very clean and very warm. Breakfast was great everyday. Our kids were able to be kids without any issues, the staff laughed at them playing tag which was nice since most of the days were filled with rain. Overall, when we come back to the area, we will use this hotel for sure.

Everyone was friendly

Overall good experience. The staff was extremely nice. Old property but well maintained. Great location if looking for one near the airport. We have stayed here before as well. This was our second stay.

There were stains on the furniture and blood marks on the comforter. Front desk agent was nowhere to be found at check out.

Stained carpet, hotel smell, bathroom door has wood chipped off. Grout needs cleaning. Other than that room was great and always appreciate pet friendly.
