Wonderful quirky hotel In a great location, reception staff were great and received a lovely special birthday welcome at the desk and in my room My only complaint was regarding drinks in the bar on Monday night. The barman did not have a clue what he was doing, I appreciate that he might have been learning, but I asked for a flavoured vodka, he offered me gin, when I corrected him he dug around at the back of the bar, bypassed the Absolute and pulled out something random from the back. He then struggled to pour the measures, and some considerable time later served the alcohol neat in the glass accompanied by a can of pop. I appreciate we all have to learn but I don’t think you should be behind a bar if you don’t know the basics around vodka or gin. I was then charged £18 for two drinks plus a £2 service charge! Checkout was great, again lovely friendly service. The whole feel of the hotel was very quirky and lovely and very different to anywhere I have stayed before. There was some building work taking place that we weren’t warned about which disturbed us from about 7am, but all in all a nice stay and I would definitely return

Loved our stay. Beautiful fun hotel. Great breakfast. My daughter loved the gym. Only issue was room wasn’t ready on time, so we were switched to a different room half an hour after check in (not sure what happened there).

Really unique hotel, lovely decoration and a great central location, staff were super helpful too, letting us store our bags for the day after checking out. Highly recommend

The room was cosy, clean and comfortable. We arrived late evening for check in, hungry and thirsty. The bar was closed, the kitchen was closed and the room mini bar was empty. I'd expect more from a mid range city centre hotel in terms of late night amenities.

Great location, slightly pricey but worth it I believe. The staff were very helpful, allowing an early check-in and being accommodating during breakfast as we were in a rush. The accommodation is fantastic, a great night’s sleep. The only thing missing was a pool! Would highly recommend if you seek something relaxing after a week of hiking in the Peak District.

Great vibes at this hotel, certainly a place to visit if you like an experience rather than a standard stopover. Staff were very engaging and helpful. Hotel and rooms were packed full of character. The only negative was the one way/ roadworks/ bollards system if you're driving that meant half an hour dodging trams if you don't get it right first time.

New, different, homely, doesn’t feel like you’re staying in a sterile hotel.

A socket near the coffee machine, kettle and ironing board would be good. Otherwise fun and trendy place to stay....a large basket for all cushions would help, didn't want to put them on the floor! Shower and facilities very eco and all lovely. The breakfast was amazing.

This boutique hotel had a lovely vibe to it. Very stylish and understated but friendly and efficient. Located at one end of Deansgate it was a short walk to the restaurants and bars Only downside was no parking except for the Deansgate Parking which turned out quite expensive.

Room was quite small, and very noisy on a Saturday night with loud dance music, despite it advertised as having soundproofing. The food was OK, but definitely looks had been prioritised over taste - several things quite bland. Breakfast looked good but tomatoes stone cold, eggs not at all runny (looked like they’d been kept warm for a while). Location was good and central. Parking wasn’t available from the hotel - had to purchase separately for the car park next door and deal with 2 flights of stairs from disabled parking to street level, carrying cases etc! Toilet in room was strange - when you flushed, it was too fierce and water splashed from under the seat onto the floor!
