Great stay here, everything you need. Fab food in the restaurant at dinner. Great vibe in the hotel.All the staff were helpful, polite and friendly. Located, perfectly dor exploring the city. Room and services available were perfect. Great blackout blind an added bonus for a great nights sleep.

Unique hotel in a very accessible spot in central Manchester. The nature / forest theme is refreshing and innovative. We had a triple room which was almost like a suite. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely and welcoming. I’d definitely come here again

A full week after we checked out the hotel emailed me saying they reviewed our recorded and I had an outstanding bill from the restaurant. We never ate at the hotel or used any services. They asked me to pay the bill online. I will not be staying here again.

The property was nice and the stay was pleasant - they’re nice to dogs. But there were unexpected additional fees at the end which were unfortunate.

This is an amazing experience. Stayed at this hotel for 7 days and it felt like home. The staff are very accommodating and nice. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Clean quirky room with lots of interesting features

It was a great stay, would definitely go back. The decor is so fun and we had a great time. The only downside was some areas of the room were a bit dusty, and sometimes communication about breakfast wasn’t clear, but aside from that it was clean and everything was a good standard.

Lovey hotel, super clean and really friendly staff. Blackout blinds were perfect and the bed was very comfy.

Rooms nice - good size and quirky. Toilet flush overflowed. Gym very nice. Bar nice. Pillows way too soft. Breakfast largely undercooked - runny egg white, bacon on the edge of whether it was cooked or not.

Room was lovey although small and nothing like the picture. I did question the bed as it was supposed to be a king size bed but it was a queen size bed. Sink for bathroom was in the room and no hooks to hang anything in bathroom or coats in bedroom. No pot for toothbrush Nice hotel and great position and cozy atmosphere

Very clean, nice atmosphere and good of location. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Welcomed by a lovely friendly receptionist, room nice and spacious with huge windows offering fabulous views to Manchester Cathedral and beyond. Nice bathroom, really (really) comfy bed and pillows. Good functional TV and chalk board (to leave nice messages to the housekeepers). Breakfast nice and fresh. Great location for everything you may want to see/do in the city centre. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Be careful - they automatically charge you 5% service charge (tip) on leaving unless you tell them not to. They don’t tell you about this, it’s only mentioned in t & c’s. Also was told they couldn’t check me in without photo id. Stayed there twice now. This was view from room. Won’t be returning

Fab hotel in a great location. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Rooms are small though.

Excellent stay - absolutely love the hotel, great location, very comfy and everything you need in one place - already telling people about you and will definitely be top of my list for future Manchester stays.

Excellent central location. Such a quirky hotel and probably one of the best I’ve stayed in. Staff really friendly and helpful. Room clean and sooo comfortable. Would highly recommend.
