The front desk agent customer service was uninviting. She displayed no knowledge of the check in process . The pool was not open, staff was cleaning after we were there three days . The restaurant only had a staff of one so they were overwhelmed with orders but pleasant . The restaurant was not available for breakfast in the morning . They charged my card twice without my knowledge and did not give a valid explanation. Funds were returned but the inconvenience of not having my funds at the time was unacceptable. The manger was understandable but was rushing through the conversation instead of letting the customer explain then talk.

I was here for one night. The first thing, I wasn't aware of the neighborhood's condition. It is unsafe. This is the first hotel I stayed in that was completely gated. I did not come back out to eat because I saw the people laying on the ground as I drove up. I wasn't aware of the $15 parking charge but given the neighborhood, they know you want risk street parking. Usually the front desk tells you the charges. We discussed parking and no mention of the fee. The lobby is nice. Once I stepped off the elevator, it felt like a motel. They spent a large amount of money on the lobby. The room was ok. It had a view of downtown. The AC unit smelled like mildew so I just turned it off. All night I could hear the doors slamming from I guess the other rooms. I put my security wedge under the door. My washcloths were not clean as there was someone's hair on them. So I definitely will not be back. For the money they charged, it simply did not match my experience.

We had problems with our room keys unfortunately on 2 different occasions. Outside of that our stay was was decent enough for us to return. The key issue was addressed right away.

The room was good but we found a dental pick on the floor on arrival, it made us question the cleanliness of the room. There was also no blanket on the bed just a thin sheet, I had to use a bath towel over the sheet for warmth.

We had a overnight layover for our flight and decided to spent it at this hotel. The check-in and checkout process was quick. Friendly staff and the room was clean. We didn’t explore the hotel or any amenities but had a pleasant night’s rest.

I wish I could post the pictures. It was horrible and in an unsafe neighborhood. First the safety latch was missing from the door. Called the front desk and two guys came and installed a new lock. Huge hole in the wall in the restroom covered by a piece of drywall. Gnats everywhere. Holes in the shower walls. I didn’t feel comfortable at all. Do not stay at this hotel/ motel

Seems like everything is breaking down or they are out of something. Marketplace is a joke. I requested coffee for my room for three days and they said they didn't have anything. They have 4 elevators and we are lucky one is working. Freddie the houseman was wonderful and did what he could with what he had.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I came here for a family reunion otherwise I would have looked past this hotel based on other reviews. This place was TRASH At first there was Only one working elevator and it was extremely hot on there. When we arrived from the family reunion that elevator went out and there were no working elevators. I stayed in the 8th floor. My elderly family members were stuck in the lobby because of course they couldn’t walk up steps to the room. These are people who have Lvad heart devices, oxygen and diabetics. All unable to get their necessities out the room. Also the gentleman at the front desk was rude from check in. The rooms were moldy, The air didn’t work properly, one elevator that worked and it took forever to go up and down. Staff was also not helpful.
