We stayed two nights and I was thoroughly impress at how clean the room was. And they even cleaned the room after our first night, which has not happened without request in other places we stayed at since after Covid. Brought in new towels, made bed and removed garbage 👍

Was in town for a dog show - wonderful ground level rooms accessible from sliding door allowed easy load/unload of dogs and luggage.

My room was infested with fleas or bed bugs and dirty underneath the bed Not impressed. Book the room for 2 days left after the first day

The building is well maintained and quiet the surrounding area is a bit rundown, but it is good value for your for your money!

I spent the night here with my Mum. The hotel is standard for a Comfort Inn. Location is good. The beds and pillows are really comfortable and cozy. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were overcooked and the pancake machine was only baking one side of the pancakes.

Nice people But the room wasn't very clean

Absolutely an amazing stuff. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is the best!!! The lady who takes care of the breakfast is such a beautiful soul. She is so caring and wants to make sure that everything was just perfect. This is our second time coming here. We will definitely be going back in the near future. Shelley W

The young lady that checked me in had a major attitude and treated me with distain. I am a very polite person and treat everyone the way that I would like to be treated. I don't know why she had this attitude but if I was a manager I would seriously reconsider hiring her as she is the front line customer facing rep of this hotel and she makes guests feel unwelcome.

We came into town for a wedding. It was perfect for our busy schedule. Location was great. Lots of stores around. Hotel staff very friends. Rooms were cozy and clean. I’d stay here again without a doubt.

The price is cheap for the KWC area. Neat room but it smelled stale and had few amenities (no shower gel or shampoo, no bottled water). Ample parking. Attentive staff and neat breakfast room (though at 9:15 they ran out of food, causing guests to wait while more was cooked). A fistfight (sic) broke out at 5:15 AM in the hallway right outside my room, and a woman repeatedly yelled for the culprits to stop fighting and that she would call the police as they grunted and ran into walls. The incident likely disturbed the sleep of many, including me.
