Location was great. Small hotel with smaller variety at breakfast which is not free.

Très bel hôtel, propre et le petit déjeuner express vaut vraiment le coup (super bon rapport qualité prix). Le lit est super confortable. Par contre, la douche est très petite et on n’avait pas vraiment d’eau chaude!

I had not stayed in a hotel for a long time. I’m glad that I chose to stay at The Basss. The staff were all very good and the room was very clean.

Room was nice but small. Very clean and room smelled great. The only issue I had was there air conditioner. It was not blowing cold enough, still felt like I was in a hot box....They may need to upgrade there sir conditioner unit... But great location , shopping and restaurants right on the strip with hotel.

This boutique hotel had all the charm you would expect from a stay in Paris. The bedroom was a decent size. The bathroom however was very tiny but manageable. The hotel’s location was great between two metro lines, and there are lots of restaurants, cafes and other shops close by. The staff were friendly and check in/out was quick and easy. I wish there was a mini fridge in the room to keep cold drinks/snacks for after a day of exploring the city. Having a kettle in the room was great. The assortment of teabags in the lobby was nice but the instant coffee packs seemed to always be missing. The coffee maker in the lobby was good and easy to use. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel though if you want a great home base for exploring Montmartre and Paris in general.

everything was amazing, from check-in to check-out. great location! Amazing & friendly staff! only little issue was the AC. it did not keep room cold. otherwise it's an excellent Hotel in great location. will definitely come back

Excellent quaint hotel. Ideal location to metro and restaurant. Lovely street with shops and bistros. Great free coffee and light breakfast for small fee. Very helpful courteous staff who speak English. Would stay again.

Everything as expected, nice staff, clean, great area. Highly recommend for young couples traveling to Paris for the first time.

This hotel was fantastic. Super helpful, friendly staff. My room was small, but I expected it. Perfectly comfortable, very clean. The AC was a big help in the July heat. I had medication that needed a refrigerator, and they were happy to not only accommodate, but to run to a cafe to get ice for my cooler when I left. The location is excellent for walking and also for using the metro. I would 100% stay here again.

I had a great stay.

I have to leave this hotel before my actual checkout because the AC wasn’t working in my room at +80 degrees in the summer and when I went downstairs and told them because I needed to wash and blow dry my hair, they gave me a fan that didn’t fix anything. In addition to that in the AM after I wash my face and took face towel to dry it, it smells like vomit n was so gross I had to wash my face again. I then found a very big insect next to my suitcases. This place is not worth the price they charged. I was staying at other hotel around the block which was probably 30€ more a night (they were full for my extra days) and it didn’t have any of these issues. Overall they overcharging for a property that is not well maintained.

Air conditioning in the room blew out. Staff did nothing to fix it. They didn't even come look at it. According to another guest at the hotel their A/C went out also and was not fixed. We weren't offered any compensation for the room. It was about 90 degrees in the room. Also the rooms are TINY. No where to put your luggage. This hotel is not worth the price at all. It's the equivalent to staying in a hostel. Would not recommend to anyone.

The location was awesome with everything is within walking distance from tourist attractions; shopping; coffee shops; restaurants; public transportations ... On top of that, the staff members were friendly and helpful.

Great location, friendly staff and surprisingly quiet. The bed was also comfortable. The rooms are small which is not unusual in Paris. It’s a short walk to the metro and easy to walk to key attractions. Quick to Gard du nord. Lots of cute restaurants and cafes nearby. The only slight downside was the housekeeping.

The concierge was amazing- helpful, kind and resourceful.
