The room was in good condition and clean. The staff is also great! I regret the outdated look of the room. It also fell so crowded with the bulky furnitures. The tv wasn’t a smart TV so I also regret I could not watch any streaming services lol Netflix or Prime. The breakfast is il nice a few choice but enough. Overall it is just an average hotel neither good nor bad.

We were coming from Toronto and arrived early. We asked for if possible to have an early check in, the asian young lady seemed to be more approachable than the caucasian one. The asian lady seemed willing to help us but the caucasian one said it would be an additional $25.00 for early check in. So I asked her what's the earliest to check in and she replied 3:00, which was the time we were suppose to check in anyway. The room was okay except the constant noise in the hallway, which made it harder to sleep

The staff were friendly. Rooms were clean. Unfortunately there must have been a hockey team or two there that parents just let the kids run wild. It was noisy and we had a hard time falling asleep

Good room for the price

Essentially i booked online at this hotel because they allowed pets(my pup). When I went to check in and was denyed! Totally ruined my experience and will never stay here or book again

No swimming pool. My son was disappointed.

The room was small with not nearly enough tables. The breakfast area was tiny and didn't flow nicely, and the coffee and tea were so out of the way they were forgotten. Waffles were good though.

Clean room, great personable staff at check-in!

The inside of the fridge hadn’t been cleaned, cupboard door didn’t shut, bathroom was pretty rough (black grout, cracked sink), mattresses were hard as a rock, and no elevator to the second floor! The people on our floor were loud until really late. The staff was lovely though.

When we arrived and checked in, there was a very strong chlorine smell in the room. The smell became even worse when using the shower water, which caused me to have severe headaches. This made our stay uncomfortable. Breakfast, however, was not bad.
