The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They are doing some construction, which I am sure will be welcomed. This is my second stay at this property and both were very good.

Breakfast was okay at best. Scrambled eggs were pre-cooked and then re-heated in microwave. Bananas were the only fruit option. Gym has very minimal equipment and treadmill was not working properly. Some rooms are currently under renovation and overall the hotel needs work. The lobby/breakfast area are by far the nicest areas which is why I often saw the breakfast staff member and another women sitting in the 2 blue chairs facing the front desk. I saw people using the guest laundry which is a nice option if needed.

The hotel was a convenient location, clean and the staff were very accommodating.

The customer service was excellent. The breakfast was not large, however the food for a a “free breakfast” was much better than most. Everything was very clean and there was someone there to assist and made sure it stayed spotless. This might sound weird but the muffins were excellent. The sausage patties we excellent, and for the scrambled eggs, they were the best I’ve had an “breakfast included” stop. They even had passion fruit juice and allowed me to take my coffee in my thermos for my drive. They are renovating and did not make any noise during the evening and even during the day the sound was minimal (in hallways) and I heard nothing from my room. The bed was very comfortable, pillows were perfect, linen spot less and very soft. The value was incredible. And again the customer service was excellent and before officially checking in, the customer service rep actually suggested using Expedia for the best price. It’s more on the outskirt of the City, however it only take 10min to get to downtown. There were also a lot of restaurants nearby.

Beautiful hotel and very clean rooms

Room and hotel were spotless and staff was courteous and attentive. Would stay again for sure. Loved ground floor rooms as patio door to your car in the lot so easy loading and unloading. Great that rooms had microwave and good sized fridge.Free breakfast of eggs and sausage but had cereal, waffles and muffins etc. The dining room person waits on you so thats a nice change from most places and she was very pleasant and had been there 20 yrs. Hotel has been renovated so its modern, bright and comfortable. Stayed 2 nites weekdays so was very quiet. You can tell the owner really cares about her place as she is there every day. Will be back.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was ok. I think the beds can be replaced. Our was ok but felt older. Nice Gym on site and breakfast/are was like others. Clean. Lots of parking.

Quiet and pleasant

The stay was done. Beds were very comfortable. But there was definite odour. The fridge smelled strongly of leftovers. I was disappointed because after we checked on someone went to the front desk and asked for my room number. They were immediately given my room number and told how to find my room. Luckily it was a friend, but they wouldn’t know that. I was also taken aback that the deposit/hold on the room was $200 - more than a one night stay.

Mattress, remote control, air extraction in bathroom...need to be changed

Well renovated location, the desk clerk went above and beyond her duties to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend this hotel on a budget ! I forget the ladies name, but she was very professional and I would stay there again !
