We found the staff to be very friendly but had one experience that was very surprising. We noticed our room had no soap in the shower - only shampoo - so questioned the front desk at which time we were told they had none and hadn’t had any for a number of weeks. We were told we could go buy some at 7 Eleven which seemed very unusual.

The breakfast was the best I've ever had. There was a wide variety of food on the buffet, the hotel staff was extremely friendly, and the cleanliness was the highlight.

Great location. Lovely breakfast and bar/lounge area. Rooms fine - all really clean. Short walk to harbour, main street and lots of bars/restaurants and shops. Would recommend

The place was conveniently located. Beds were comfortable, food at breakfast was delicious.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Dulcie in restaurant was very helpful and efficient. Front counter staff directed us for the Airport bus, but it wasnt a puckup point. We only just made the plane by taking a taxi.

This hotel was in an excellent location in Tromso, close to the ferry terminal and the downtown area.

Great location in the city center. Breakfast was great. Room was very small. The bathroom was small but had great water pressure in the shower. Towels need to be upgraded and washcloths should be provided. And they did not provide extra pillows if you need more than one.

Basic hotel in a good location

Holes in the roof, dust everywhere, gravel and dirt on the floor. Window view directly to the hallway with 0 sound isolation. Could hear everything my neighbour did in the bathroom. By far my worst hotel experience ever.

We had a great stay. Upgraded our room to superior and it was wonderful. Great view, comfortable bed, and wonderful care by the staff. Made our stay so much better!

Great location. Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had great variety. Needed a bit more storage in room for clothes. Wi-Fi and tv worked fine. Great view from room. Door sometimes didn’t lock when leaving room.

Great place to stay

Great place, right in the centre of the city. Very convenient to get around. Excellent breakfast spread, kids thoroughly relished. Great service, friendly staff.
