Staff was very accommodating with our early morning check in due to flight delays. Room was clean and ready. Check in was quick.

Staff was lovely. Was given a joined room and with the door and the walls being paper the sound of the late night guests next door and then the very loud cleaning staff early in the morning, we had a rough sleep.

Cleanliness

The room was clean and the staff was obliging. When I realized there was no elevator I asked to change to a first floor room. My husband is not well. They obliged quite quickly. Later, however, we were almost made ill by the smell of marijuana in our room. Apparently, this hotel is used by companies for their workers and they don’t follow the rules re. smoking in the rooms. Not a good place to stay if you are going to the hospital the next day.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to see a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The hotel was close to a number of places we wanted to go. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was a welcomed touch. It was nice to have something to eat before we headed back home in the morning.
