Clean room, great location

The rooms were clean but the room smelt like old mildew and the carpets were moist. Doesn’t smell pretty in there at all but the staff at the front desk were super nice and check in was easy.

There was no proper signage anywhere in the building..everyone who was there I seen just walking in circles getting lost trying to get back to their rooms or the front desk!! The poor workers at the front desk never stop working cause you put absolutely nothing in the rooms and everyone constantly returned to the front desk for issues!!..there are no elevators in your building or bell service we had to drag 6 peoples suitcases up 2 flights of stairs.. it took us over 20 minutes just to find the room because of bad signage..I am a smoker and I had to go down 2 flights of stairs and cross the street to smoke a cigarette 🚬!! We paid 400 for a room with 2 double beds..and the room was so tiny we didnt even have room for our luggage

The Comfort Inn is simple but reliable. Not really close to many amenities. Need a car. The hotel has frequent school age occupants, so breakfast is a timing thing. Get to the breakfast early so to beat the rush.

Clean spacious room on second floor. Breakfast was included , was plentiful!

Breakfast buffet not long enough. Came in late and it closes at 9 am. Should be extended to 11.

Located off the 417 in Kanata. Easy access clean hotel and breakfast included. Friendly staff and great during my work stay.

Parking,big truck took all the space on the side of the Hotel,parking for room on second floor.

Having a breakfast was ideal.

Comfortable bed. Easy parking.

The breakfast in the morning was very good. Room cleaning could have been better.

Lorsque l'hôtel est plein, prendre le petit déjeuner relève d'un exploit digne d'un marathon. Espace trop restreinte pour le nombre de chambres. Dans la chambre ou nous étions, la climatisation faisait un bruit d'enfer! Impossible de la faire fonctionner en notre présence dans la chambre.

Breakfast is absolutely amazing. Lots of parking and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous property! So grateful for daily housekeeping.
