Great hotel

Only issue we had was the shower drain which seemed to be jammed up a bit !

Excellent staff and wonderful breakfast. Property itself could benefit from refurbishment but then I'm sure it would cost more to stay. Overall good value.

Hotel looks shabby from the outside but very clean inside. Good value for money.

Sink broken in the bathroom shower tray didn’t empty water would spill out on the floor really outdated and for the prices there charging even the restaurant is extremely expensive for what your getting 100% won’t be back

Location for Heathrow, next morning flight is perfect. Motorway access simple. Pricing way more acceptable then @Heathrow itself. Food was fine, breakfast choices good.

Stayed one night after visiting Legoland. Very close, easy check in, decent sized room for the 4 of us and breakfast was very good. Friendly staff. Parking £7

Nice hotel good customer service

Rooms could do with fresh coat of paint and new carpets,breakfast ok but bit over priced .

Room was basic and clean. Friendly staff. Only downside was that it was quite noisy until about 11pm. Which when in a family room with small children wasn’t ideal.

Property was tired and the air conditioning was poor so the room was too hot to sleep properly

Excellent value and wonderful staff. We had 2 double rooms, bed, breakfast and evening meal for £180. The staff are incredibly helpful. Rooms and the hotel itself are quite dated but you can’t fault it.

AC did not work in first premium. Were moved to a 2nd room where electric went out two times
