Everyone was so pleasant and extended extraordinary hospitality towards us!!! Ryan at the Bistro was perfect, very personable and kind to us!! We really enjoyed our stay and we will return because we have family in Naperville IL… thank you to the staff. The Sabans from NJ

Pool was extremely hot. Lots of yelling in the hallways at night. Pool said it closed at 9 but there were ppl in there way later. Ants in bathroom.

Everything we expected, but there wasn't a complimentary breakfast.

It was nice the rooms could use a microwave but other then that real nice 👍

Modern and decent

Our stay at Courtyard by Marriott was very nice. The hotel was conveniently located to restaurants & bars. There is a mall next store that had a lot to offer. We could walk. The service was fantastic. Very accommodating & friendly. The only complaint is that there wasn't even a free Continental Breakfast or free coffee in the lobby. There was a nice little bistro & bar in the lobby with very good service, but nothing was gratis. The bar was closed on weekends since most clientele are business travelers during the week. Disappointing for us though. There is coffee in the room & a frig. The microwave was in the lobby. I can understand not wanting them in rooms for safety & cleaniness. Overall I do recommend the hotel. Just don't count on a gratis 1st meal of the day.

I booked a room thinking it was Pet friendly. Upon arrival, I walked in with my dogs and went to my room. A couple minutes later I received a call from the front desk saying I needed to get out and they are not Pet friendly. I promptly got out, but they said they HAVE to charge me for the night and threatened me with a pet cleaning fee as well (even though I was in the room no more than 10 minutes. Staff thinks they are Gods (not customer oriented at all). Avoid this hotel like the plague. It looks like a condominium that's been VERY used as evidence of no cars in the parking lot on a Saturday. I will NEVER stay at a Marriot again.

Room infested with ants and smelled. Didn't stay the night. We just moved on to another hotel.

It is very nice hotel in quiet location and friendly staff. There are a lot of restaurants in walking distance. But that hotel is old and need some upgrade. The bistro in the hotel is overpriced.
