Staff was very helpful & respectful

The hotel was close to nearby attractions, and affordable dining as well as pricier selections. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, the bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed a quiet stay on the 9th floor.

The location is great. The room was very nice, comfy and clean. Very nice staff! Nice pool and hot tub. Location to the people mover perfect. It was really fun to be back in Detroit again. I highly recommend the Courtyard

Very clean with excellent staff

Well I asked if they had a freezer to store breastmilk in and they said yes so we took it down and they stored in the freezer, but it wasn’t a freezer and if it was, it did not work so all of the milk was ruined so momma’s beware if you need a freezer.

Will not stay here again.

Friend staff. Rooms are clean and updated. Hot tub was broken all weekend

Beautiful facility and excellent staff. Would highly recommend. Only complaint Hot tub was not hot, had cold water streaming into it at all times.

Nice property.

The hotel looked great, valet was amazing. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. At checkin was told hours for the pool were until 10, applebees was open until midnight. Went to the pool at 9 and security was at the door saying they are closing the pool at 930. Not real happy the kids didnt get to swim long. Took them downstairs to eat applebees at 945 and was told the kitchen closed at 930 so no food. Kids were starving. Ended up doordashing pizza.

Great amenities and excellent location and facilities

Staff was very helpful and stay was pleasant.

The People Mover was easily accessible. Options for dining on-site if needed. Any staff member we interacted with was friendly and provided great support. It was a busy weekend due to an event nearby but was never given the impression they were not willing to help or take the time for their guests.

The lady that completed our check in was so friendly and helpful! Amazing workout area and pool area. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved the hotel but the dining options grow old after 2 days or so.
