Overall stay was ok but the bathroom/shower area smelt like mold.

While this was one of the cleaner hotels we have stayed in, theres more that could be done. I do not feel any hotel really concerns themselves with REAL clean rooms. Moldy shower curtain. Rings around the tub. Dirt on the floors. Mirrors not clean. "Stuff" all over the doors and walls in the bathroom. Really not a warm cozy feeling.

I had a great stay both times I made an overnight stay (Feb 3, and then Mar 2, 2025. The beds are super comfortable, all I needed to break the road trip to Florida), however, there was much more to this. the rooms are clean and have everything you might need. Fringe, coffee maker, clean towels of complete sets, toiletries, individually controlled thermostat, working desk. I truly enjoyed my trip and didn’t think twice to book it sharing on my way back to DC from Florida. The only minor complaint I have is that the woman on shift on the March 2nd night ( going back to DC) at their Bistro was usually impolite to me, as if she didn’t want to talk to me or not inclined to take my order. There was some clear attitude, which is unusual in the service industry, specially hospitality. I don’t want to make it a race issue, but I couldn’t figure out why the attitude, since I didn’t even get to talk to her much, I felt she was avoiding and reluctant to respond to me. I didn’t find it worthwhile to call it out, just politely told her that I changed my mind and will eat dinner outside. I drove to nearby Sandwich shop, picked up dinner and came back to my room. On the contrary, when traveling to Florida (Feb 3rd) morning, the woman at breakfast shift went above and beyond and was polite. Otherwise, the hotel is great, the front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. There is a nice outdoor area to sit and let you dog run and sniff around.

I booked this hotel through Expedia the day prior. I checked in around 6:30pm, the staff was very friendly, I let them know that I do have pets with me, and asked for a 1st floor room. They accommodated me very well. First look at the room was very nice, recently updated, and exactly what I would expect at the price. One "con" to note was while running the shower, the tub did not drain well, so the tub was full by the end of my shower. Would absolutely stay here again though, they have a bistro in the lobby, I did not eat, but it looked very good.

Great stay

This hotel is one of very few in Florence which has a balcony. This is the reason we chose to stay at Courtyard this time. It just happened to snow the first night there so it was kind of awesome standing on the balcony enjoying the snow. The room was nice although, not quite as sound proof as one might expect as we heard the people beside our room talking.

Nice hotel. Stayed twice in 4 days. Customer service was great. Quiet, clean and in a great area.

Room was pleasant the shower was a little rusty.bed was comfy felt safe. Check was a breeze

I paid for a balcony but was place in a first floor room. Moved to third floor balcony and it smelled like cigarette smoke. The smell was so strong I could hardly sleep. I couldnt wait to check out!

Beds were comfortable. Coffee was good.
