relaxing little staycation!

Property was not reflective of photos shown. Aside from the obvious renovations (sign posted), hallways were hot with no air conditioning. My room did not contain a trash can as well as the customer greeting on the television home screen showed another guest's name. Also the parking lot was filled with trash. As a frequent guest based on my hotel chain preference, this property was below the standard of the Marriott standard.

Parking was few & far between. Property was under construction, which was a surprise. We would not have chosen this hotel, had we known. Construction materials were strewn about and the outside area had trash on the ground all around. Hallways were under construction & had no carpet, crew or hotel staff had written notes on the walls next to door room entries. Very limited lighting around the outside of property.

The property appears to be in the middle of a renovation, yet they are still renting rooms. The hallways were dusty and smelled like pet urine. My room wasn't completely clean the shower had soap scum on the walls and shower curtain from the last visitor. I see that the property has potential, the staff just needs to care more about the customers experience and impression.

This place was nasty. We had a cockroach one night. The first night we got relocated due to a leak. The fitness center is under construction and not sectioned off. It looks very dirty and not up to par with other marriots. It might get better but who knows... It looks like parts are renovated but not well.

Very comfortable bed and extremely clean.

I was able to check in a little bit early only come to find out my tv was not working properly. The gentleman at the front desk was able to assist and get the tv working eventually.

Once the property become upgraded its going to look really good!

The hotel was not as pictured in the listing. It is obviously under going some major renovations, which is fine, but sections here and there are unfinished all around the property. Our “balcony” was a sliding glass door with a railing. Basically a window.

The room was very clean .. but place is still under construction

They were doing renovation, the rooms were very clean and lovely. Just did not have exercise room and it show that they did on the website.

Room is under renovation, no breakfast area, no phone in the room. The parking lot had urine scent. Elevators don’t work 100 percent.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. No fitness area,No breakfast,broken door, construction all over the place. This place should not be on your website. This place needs shut down while construction. Was a terrible experience for me and my son. I can’t believe I spent the money to stay here.

The hotel room that we stayed in was pretty good. Unfortunately, for our stay they are in the middle of doing a lot of work to the place. Which is great for future stays, just not for this one. There was duck tape keeping the doors open, which made it unsafe. The pool wasn’t open the 1st 2 days & nights that we stayed. It just opened on Sunday, so we feel like we got gipped. The housekeeping staff didn’t speak English, so when we were asking for something it was confusing for us both

Absolutely awful! External door remained open all night, dumpsters and trash everywhere . Pictures online look nothing like what’s online and nothing spoke about construction. Hotel looked abandoned like it was out of the movie stranger things! Rooms were getting updates, but poorly done . I could go on. Worst stay in a while for us ….

The property has potential to be better. Wish i had known they were under reconstruction. Debri every where in the outside. Room i stayed in very simple snd upto date but very small for money. Nothing like the pictures on the website at all. Not worth $245 a night

Property is under *major* renovation until August of 2025. Honestly, upon arriving, I thought that I had the wrong place. It looked like it had been abandoned and was no longer in operation. It's in a decent location, but I would wait until their renovations are done. Right now it just isn't worth the money.

This property is under major renovation. Construction going on everywhere and no amenities. This property should not be open for business. No mention on your site about any of this. A terrible experience. A refund would be appreciated.
