Checking in was really bad because they had one lady doing work for like 3 people

0/10 do not recommend! My room reeked of cigarette smoke. Asked the front desk for air freshener and he gave me Lysol. Didn’t get to use the transportation because it was too full. Had to Uber both ways. It was also SO LOUD.

Airport mishap overnight stay...get what u pay for .subway nextdoor was bad

I liked that my room was just under $80.! Very noisy sky traffic and road traffic but I was so tired, I slept through much of it!🤗. The bed was great. The shower pressure was great!

The room was clean and bright, no elevator to srcond floor and door stuck, had to pull toward hinge to get it open ( room 230). Parking well lit. But area a little sketchy, to be expected in industrial area across the street from airport. But window insulation successfully kept aircraft noise out.

Budget hotel with excellent service and comfortable rooms

Not so good

The area looks like it’s in a bad area. The beds were twin hard as a rock and the door looked like it was kicked in and hard to open and close.

Water pressure is horrible, beds old mattress needs to be replaced. I stayed 2 days room was not cleaned.

Matthew is top notch. Always ensures my comfort. Just need a room for the night and I got a great night's sleep.

It’s convenient as is very close to the airport, this is the main reason I booked it. But the fire alarm went off at 4AM and when I went to inspect it there was a cockroach inside it!! We were getting the shuttle bus that runs every 60 mins, we were lucky there were two seats left or we’d have had to wait an hour…

Housekeeping dont mop floor,we walk without shoes for a lil bit and our foots was super black. We moved the beds and i was alot dirt next to the beds.

Waited 45 minutes for the shuttle and ended up having to uber. The check in guy was great but I got to my room and the AC was broken. This is Miami in June. It was horrible. No other rooms “in my category” so they couldn’t move me. There was also a huge spider in the shower. Would not recommend.

Overnight

Bathroom needs updating, AC needs service. Need more luggage trolleys. Shuttle service to/from airport needs to be open longer, security on property. 7 minutes to/from airport which was great.
