Needs upgrades

Good overall. Decent basic breakfast.. Polite staff.

I greatly enjoyed having the hot tub in the room. my partner was in it every morning and night. what I was concerned about is the flooring outside the bathroom. it was lifting and looked like it had flooded and was fixed by a bit of silicone. it did not seem to help. the floor needs to be repaired in the room. the beds were comfy and no had no bed bugs! the staff experience was ok. nothing really stood out as above or beyond to me. it was better than were our friends stayed but it might just be duncan as a whole

I was on two queen bed room but bed are like two full ? They offer breakfast but was just milk, cereal, coffe, yogurt and bars not a real one! Rooms are upgraded but still have old appliances? Outside the parking lot was dark, missing pavement and terrible staff was friendly.

Was ok for what we needed but definitely needs an update and better breakfast options.

The breakfast was just a packet oatmeal or cereal. There's no elevator.

Property and facilities it was not showed in pictures. Rooms smelled bad, cigaret smell and dirty smell. No elevators for floor 3rd. Not able to get cold water to take a shower. Mattress were uncomfortable. Carpets were dirt. A/c were noisy even in sleep mode. Dessapointed experience overall

The service was wonderful and staff were so helpful and great, but are room was very dirty not vacuum in a while very dusty, my friend found a unused pad on the floor which didn't impress us at all,but the staff were excellent, if in the area again probably would stay again but would check room first

Hotel is old and very run down, house cleaning only comes every three days, had to get fresh towels from reception. Breakfast is ceral and ceral bars only along with coffee. Staff was very friendly and admitted building needed upgrads.

The floor above us was thunderously creaky, I imagine it's something like what being a passenger in a wooden ship during the 1500s in an intense storm would have been like. When our upstairs neighbor decided to start his day at 4am, we were forced to do so as well. At least they moved us to the upper level for our second night.

We liked the quiet location and friendly staff. It was comfortable and was nice having food and drinks available.

The staff was extremely helpful, but the rooms were small as compared to any other hotel rooms and it was a little bit smelly. The ventilation was also not that great & no elevator access. But the staff was very nice and were helping any way possible.

The area around this hotel isn’t very nice.

The room and hallway are infested with ants. They are in the beds and on the furniture. The room was dirty. Cheeto on the floor and other random food. The toilet runs for a good two minutes before stopping. The window screen is duct taped.

Clean but is an old hotel and in need of upgrading. Breakfast very limited. Three stories but no elevator. Staff helped with luggage to the third floor.
