Nice and clean

The advertised pictorial of the rooms isn't what it is. The room I occupied was not clean, the beddings and pillows were not clean and dirty. The reception and understanding of how to treat customers is quite low. When you request a change in your reservations within the required rules and regulations, there are issues and misunderstandings. I don't recommend this place for a longer stay.

The GM, Fehim was so very nice and helpful!!!

My room had broken outlets and it was cold and drafty from the big crack opening in the door

Average room, could use a maintenance, remote for the tv didn't work, ok for the cost.

Tried to say someone smoked in the room when no one did. Tried to say security deposit was not paid and did not want to give it back.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Will be back again.

Hotel is under new mgmt. Our non-smoking room was previously a smoking room, and you could smell it. Door had a large gap and you could see through it. Hot water was dangerously hot. You could be scallded if not careful.

People walking by all night. Standing by your cars. Keeping up noise. Especially ones that look like they live there. Didn't seem like a safe place. Up at night watching out for my car.

Very wonderful staff, friendly, easy check in, comfy beds, clean. Nice a/c. Clean property

Decent place to stay in a pinch. Could use remodeling. IHOP is next door and open.
