We arrived an hour earlier than check-in time and were able to check in. Room was spacious but the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned well. Still dirty shoe prints. The AC was a nightmare. It was so noisy, we had to shut it off to be able to sleep. Sounded like a mixture of hail, popcorn popping and aluminum foil being crumbled. Some WD-40 will go a long way. Breakfast was good.

The room smelled great when I arrived. The management was friendly and he gave me some advice about Mesa Verde NP. The room was spacious and clean.

Friendly and helpful staff. We got the room with a stain on the floor, it was fine.

Front desk employee was great. The room was clean but after a few hours it smelled like cigarettes. It didnt feel too safe outside.seemed like some people were actually long term residents and not tourists. Too much commotion outside.

Reviews were good so Booked the room for friends. As they went to check in the smell of stale unwashed body odor wafting from rooms being cleaned, they opted not to stay. Also an hour after check in times no rooms were ready. They said the clerk was a jerk and not helpful, and the next called and the day clerk she was not knowledgeable and said to call back, spoke to the manager for a refund of the prepaid room and he was not helpful either. Do not recommend.

I had reserved a room months in advance. When we got there, we were given a room that seemed to be under renovation. Construction debris was all over the place, unpainted walls, not good. The clerk was great but that is it. The place was full no no opportunity to change rooms.

Check in was quick. Host was courteous. Room is clean.

Could use a lot of updates and cleaning around the property. The stairs need to be be repaired. The room was clean and the lady at the front desk was very nice

It’s in rough shape to get hot water you have to flush the toilet twice and then it was all right I saw bugs. The outside was overgrown. Air conditioning was good microwave not so much. The room is very spacious. My back hurt if I woke up. Surprisingly it’s quiet. There They have something of a breakfast room, but I wouldn’t eat in there

Room was dated but clean. Only issue room was not cleaned during 3 day stay or change of towels.

Updated rooms, far enough from Hwy 160 it quite. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Served a great breakfast.

This was an old type of motel where the doors open to the parking lot. I felt that it was unsafe because you can see light all around our door even when it was closed and we had the chain on there was a deadbolt. Also, this place was very noisy. Besides the traffic noise from outside and the people who were congregating outside our door to smoke and chat, we could hear people walking on the second floor. We had a refrigerator that made a a intermittent whining noise. The air conditioner in the wall was like a window unit that kicked on and off all night long. There was a lot of light in the room all night long. It was not dark. We found a long black hair and one set of our supposedly clean towels.

Older property with basic amenities and breakfast. Good value compared to similar hotels in the area!
