Enjoyed the stay very comfortable

The staff were exceptional.

The suite room is a perfect size. Too bad we weren’t able to check the whole property specially the garden. Room service & front office team was great and helpful.

Great conference area

When I look for a hotel, I look for a hot tub that I can relax in. The amenities listed a hot tub here but the 3rd party athletic club where the pool facilities were requires a booking and no hot tub was mentioned on the literature. It should be clear on Expedia that the pool facilities are behind a 3rd party club on the premises.

Great stay

our usual hotel we stay when we visit. staffs are friendly and location is perfect for us.

Booked with two double beds ended up with one king bed,no one informed before until check in

Abundance of staffs if ever need anything. Theres a bar that is almost open all the time which is great.

False advertising ! I could not use pool as there were 3 instructors giving lessons to kids in crowded small dirty pool. Carpet outside my room was dirty. Room was comfortable but had to pay for bottled water. Curtains in room difficult to close.

Nice place

I like the convenient location of this hotel as well as the comfortable kitchen suites that they offer. This is my fourth long stay trip to this hotel and the room service has deteriorated rapidly since my last trip. I had issues in obtaining adequate towels and soap during my stay which is unacceptable. The safe was not working so i had to call for help; The cable tv malfunctioned in the last four days and the remote in the sitting room could not operate the tv. I definitely will have to try another hotel on my next trip.

I like to convinces of the pool and the area of the spa it is separate from the front entrance it is private I enjoyed that
