Had to wait 10mins for a table on both mornings. Breakfast was a buffet style which was not well replenished and out of items. Pretty disappointing choice of self serve items for a hotel of this rating.

Great place to stay in Bath - the hotel and rooms are lovely and you’re nice and central so can walk around.

Great location no barista coffee for breakfast tho

The reception staff were great at everything they did for us. They went beyond expectations, and were genuinely enthusiastic.

Beautiful hotel in a location close enough to the centre of everything to be convenient but just far enough away to be apart from the noise. Very helpful staff and all the room amenities were perfect.

Gorgeous hotel in Bath- finally found ‘the one’ after several city visits. Very smart, beautifully decorated, Super vibe- Classical but contemporary!

Recently upgraded, everything is fresh and yet still looks like it belongs in this charming town. Room was functional with coffee and small fridge, staff were fantastic and the bar and restaurant was busy and fabulous.

The breakfast offerings were extensive and fresh; the staff attentive, and the doorman was a regular Harry Bailey if you know your Chaucer.

Booked a last minute stay and didn’t want to leave. Everything was perfect with the most lovely staff.

Well located with parking. Everything was just perfect. Very comfortable stay in a fine hotel

Room was beautiful, massive bed and was very comfortable. Staff were all extremely helpful and attentive. Perfect location for anyone looking to stay in the centre of Bath. Car park not very big but luckily we managed to get a parking spot. On the morning of our check out they allowed us to leave our car parked until 2pm which allowed us to browse the shops and have a coffee. Would 100% definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The location is perfect and we enjoyed every minute!
