Lovely adapted room good service

Check in desk staff extremely welcoming and friendly, lovely food in the restaurant, clean and fresh room, lovely pool with spa, we had an extremely relaxing stay. Thank you

Room smelled of sick when we got in on feb 8th. Staff couldnt move us as no room so had to stay there for 2 nights. We were not allowed to use the gym - even though we would supervise our children. One of the reasons we booked here was for the facilities but the swimming pool was tiny. We could not get into the jacuzzi as members were always in there. My children are athletes - 1 is in natiobasketball and 1My children are athletes - 1 is in national league basketball and 1 a national gymnast. Me and my husband are both sports coaches and. This

The staff/service were excellent, the pool was nice and the rooms clean and spacious. We had a great little overnight.

Just a really nice hotel with helpful staff and nice setting

The room was spotless and cleaned with fresh towels, biscuits and tea and coffee topped up.

Ist room smelt of body odur, and tge second room had unclean toilet roll in the bathroom, rooms definitely need updating. Good location for what we needed but tgats about it.

The staff were amazing..so helpful and kind. The room was clean and very well equipped. Onsite amenities very positive. Food was very well presented and a good choice at Breakfast. My partner stay at hotels frequently both on UK and abroard. The Holiday inn was excellent for the money paid brilliant value for money .Thanks to the staff

All staff were courteous. The food in restaurant was good value. Breakfast VG. The room was clean, comfortable and fairly quiet. Will def stay here again if in the area.
