The decor is a little tired but great location.

It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay in an ideally located Hotel. We had an elderly Aunt with us who celebrated her 90th birthday here and the staff could not have been nicer to her on her big occasion even bringing over a cake and singing Happy Birthday to her

Dinner was very good.

Great stay ideal location, room was spotless everything you needed was at hand, one downside bed was too soft but that’s due to personal preference and because of that they took the parking off the bill.

The Room was lovely clean and fresh. The hotel was clean and the staff are so nice. In a great location.

The room was really big. Had a fridge in it which was handy. Good price and excellent breakfast . Elena in reception was very helpful and informative

Our third stay, very handy for the theatres. Clean and comfortable, very pleasant staff, good parking.

Staff very friendly. Room clean. Only issue nowhere to plug the kettle in where the drinks selection/cups were, which was a little strange had to plug in on bedside table then carry the boiled kettle back (safety issue).

The room and bed linen were spotlessly clean. There was a cosy lounge in which to enjoy a drink, and a choice of Bistro or Pub for food, both of which offered good deals, and the staff at reception were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is in a good location by the River Avon, with ample parking at discounted rates for guests. The town centre with its many attractions is only a 10 minute walk across the footbridge. We would stay there again.

Decor was tired, ripped curtains in the bedroom, and room smelled musty.

Reception staff great, warm, informative and kind. We stayed in Olivia Suite, cute, a little tired. Lovely bathroom but overall a nice room. Was a little annoyed by the dog barking in the middle of night in the suite next door. Breakfast was as it should be but the star of the breakfast were both the attentive Asian girls that covered every base, wonderful.

Great location, staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel provides an excellent choice for breakfast. We have stayed here several times over the past few years, but noticed during our recent visit, that certain areas of the hotel would benefit from ‘a spruce up’. The room we stayed in had a bit of an odour( possibly the carpet) and the duvet cover on the bed had a very noticeable hole in it. The room was clean, but it would have benefited from an update. We were a bit disappointed this time, but we would stay again.

The room was clean and large and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The position of the hotel by the river and so close to the town was perfect. The only thing the room was missing was a hair drier.

Great stay as always! We have stayed here many times over the last 9 years and we keep coming back. It’s a lovely hotel, nicely furnished rooms, always spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. Friendly staff and a delicious breakfast too. It’s so close to Stratford that you can just park the car up and literally cross the road and you’re at the river, theatre, shops, pubs, restaurants and museums. We would highly recommend a stay at the Swans Nest Hotel 😊
