Great place to stay but £30 for two glasses of wine 😡

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff are kind to there clients, that, the room is very clean, when next i come to visit, i will like to lodge there again. It a nice place to lodge.

Staff were friendly and professional, Isabella in particular was excellent and very welcoming on front desk.

Room was clean, area outside hotel very tidy, plenty of parking, staff always great.

Clean, tidy, nice reception staff, but the room was cold. I tried to turn up the thermostat, but just got cold air.

Great hotel. Convenient for the M6 and M1. Staff very helpful and friendly. Dogs welcome (£15 fee) - lots of good areas for walking on the site.

Clean and tidy room. Quiet.

The hotel was lovely, with well set out eating areas and bars. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was lovely. However, there were one or two maintenance issues, causing a couple of room switches not to work. The source of which turned out to be a "tripped" connection behind the bed's headboard. Also, the room was excessively hot, with no customer instruction upon how to regulate the room's thermostat or fan, to turn it down. Additionally, Hotels'.com had appeared to send incorrect information to the hotel and had forgotten to mention that my price included breakfast. I had to show them the full details of my booking on my mobile. Luckily, the staff at the hotel were very nice and refunded the price of the breakfast to my bank card.

The room was nice and cleaner and spacious. The staff members were all friendly and I enjoyed my stay. £19.75 for a traditional curry is a bit wild but a large glass of wine is £12.50 so was reasonable. Would stay here again.

Stayed for 2 night's on a business trip. Hotel was great location, clean and tidy. Breakfast was great with plenty of options
