Inadequate noise insolation between rooms. Limited power in shower

Onsite parking is limited, spaces quite tight. Room comfortable, bathroom newly renovated.

Great hotel easy walk into the town and it’s night life

All the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Parts of the hotel looked a little tired, mainly the carpets but it wouldn't stop us from staying there again. Possible the only negative would be the lack of on site parking. However, there is alternative parking elsewhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel and excellent location, we was made to feel at home by all members of staff and I quite astonished of how friendly everyone was as usually there is always one member of staff who doesn’t want to be there. Not here, what an amazing stay. Can’t wait to revisit.

Room was small Cracks on the walls Window was always full of condensation Carpets were stained and dirty No bath mat as tiles were slippery Needed a walk in shower but didn’t have any Bed was uncomfortable Wouldn’t stay again

We had a lovely overnight stay with breakfast added in. Would definitely recommend as the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Will be back

Everything was excellent, amazing staff

It is ok to stay but car park is not big enough so no parking spaces, food is so so and rooms are close to needing refurbishment. Ok to stay but not worth the premium price

Great hotel, fabulous service and staff, spotlessly clean. Loved the style/decor. Great room up on the 7th floor with a brilliant view over Preston. Breakfast excellent. Really couldn’t fault it. Lovely stay.

Liked the breakfast, friendly staff and the mini-gym. Didn’t like the insufficient parking and the service didn’t refresh room amenities such as water and biscuits.
