Friendly staff and clean room!

Clean room with enormous and very comfortable bed. Options for pillows. Blackout curtains were thick and insulating. Air conditioning/heating unit worked (a rarity in most hotels!), staff friendly, good food options, a bath as well as shower and a decent-sized desk. Parking on-site too!

The whole hotel was spotless & all the staff were very friendly, everyone said hello when the passed you. I also loved hiw close it was to the centre.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of the centre. Breakfast was very good. The room was nice with very little external noise (we were on the 6th floor. Highly recommended, we will stay here again.

Very nice property with spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, very clean, nice staff, on site restaurant with very good food. Right near city center, easy to get to and parking next to the hotel in the bus station.

What a clean and modern room. Excellent customer service and peaceful room, despite the door which leads into the room next door! I get it, but perhaps these rooms need a rethink of other audible privacy.

Nothing to get excited about, but if you *have* to stay in Preston, you might as well stay here. Breakfast was ok. Room was comfortable and the midday checkout time was appreciated.
