In town for a wedding. Friendly staff. Clean room.

We came for a softball tournament and checking in was super pleasant, even with them training someone new behind the desk. Breakfast was quick and tasty, the pool was nice (although I had to assist a yellow jacket out that couldn’t figure out how to get out of the doors the had cracked), and it was felt safe. My only complaint is that the bathroom doors are fairly noisy and the person next to us was shutting it loudly all night long. Overall, would stay there again.

Good breakfast convenient location.

This is our go-to hotel for Manhattan, KS for the last 8 years. We have also stayed at quite a few of the other hotels in Manhattan. So in comparison this is the best bang for your buck. I will say though that it has been cleaner in the past. It could use some deep cleaning, up-keep attention.

I was truly surprised by the professional manner in which the entire staff during our stay. Everyone was polite and attentive the entire weekend. I might add that the property was spotless everywhere we went. Coming from the hospitality industry myself, I know a great example when I see one. Fairfield Inn Manhattan is the real deal. We will be back!

Comfortable bed. Clean and employees very nice and polite

The motel had its own parking and it was free. Free breakfast, too! Close by the shopping center and theater. Eating restaurants near by! Bathroom was kind of gross with mold starting to form in the ceiling from not having vent system for all the shower moisture.

Well my room air wouldnt turn off os it was cold o called for service they fixed it for a min and then it came back on. The toilet ran non stop when i called they said i would have to wait till after 8 for a maintenance person to come in. I believe a place like this should have 24 hour maintenance. I didnt get any sleep so it was a waste of money.

The area seemed sake. Very convenient. There was a billing issue that needed to be rectified.

Property was clean, well lit parking area, beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet, and breakfast areas was clean and stocked.

Our room was very conveniently located to all the amenities.. Pool, gym, front desk, and breakfast area.

Dayelle Waugh was unbelievably helpful with us since we had to cancel 2 of our 3 nights due to a family emergency at home. She is what we love about staying at Marriott's..excellent customer service. Also, we didn't know the breakfast bar had closed and the staff person went out of her way to get us breakfast. Amazing!!!
